I’m a frequent customer at Pokeworks and today they dropped the ball. Really disappointing.1. Fish was fresh but the portion size has reduced SIGNIFICANTLY. Fine.2. But then when we moved on to the other ingredients, there was so little of them! As you can see, I got the seaweed salad but they barely gave enough to fit my whole spoon. Even other ingredients like the hijiki seaweed, onions, green onions were extremely disappointing in terms of portion size.3. I specifically asked for no chili flakes but your service staff didn’t hear me and rushed to add chili flakes anyway.If you wanna charge higher than average prices, you gotta live up to that standard. I’m so disappointed today because this was definitely not worth the money.

Place was ok manager seemed a bit uptight on his workers but the food was good ? Angelina the cashier was very nice and the sweetest person there by far the only reason I’d come back is to have a conversation with the cashier one more
