I have no idea why the ratings here are so bad. The bagels here are amazing. the eggwich on gourmet bagels are super yum. Pretty fast service and absolutely delish. And they're not ridiculously overpriced like some of the other bagel places in SF. Def one of my favorite places to get a bagel.

Super sweet employees! The food is delicious and the portions are very generous! Perfect place to stop at if you're in the Irving area craving bagels! They wont disappoint:)

We got the sub club and chicken salad supreme. Delicious! $13 each. The medium latte is actually really big too. Cinnamon buns and croissants look decadent. Will try next time.

I got a turkey bacon bagel sandwich and it was HUGE! Very delicious! They made my sandwich super fast and made it correctly. I would recommend if you're in the area

Still love this shop. Good and quick service. Love the bagel dogs. Location is also great. Next to the Starbucks so you pick up a coffee then grab a bagel here.

Went here on a monday Nov 6th, to pick up from grubhub not as a grubhub delivery person but as a regular person. They refused to make my order for a good 45mins while they served other customers in the store. I was the only black person in the bagel shop. As the made everyone else’s order. The lady checking the order denied I had ordered there and told me to that I ordered at another shop. Super racist if you are black . Don’t go here
I ordered an everything bagel with veggies, and when I got home, they had put mustard on my bagel instead of cream cheese. I ordered another two times, thinking it was a one-time mistake, but each time they messed up the order or preparation. Not sure what's going on here, but I would definitely avoid..

Bagels here is yummy. Fresh n hot. But bad is they not open bathroom for customers...??!!! With indoor seating.. n paying customers, no bathrooms geez.. another of my pet peeeeeeee...

Ok so boom.... I generally order bagels from the posh bagel on my way to taking my daughter to school. Usually I order early in the morning right before they open so I can pick up my bagel at about 7:30- 735a. today wasn't any different. I ordered my bagel a cheese bagel did not necessarily need to be toasted when I got there. The bagel shop was behind so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since it said that my bagel wouldn't really be done until 7:40 AM ...now mind you I ordered my bagel at 7 AM. when I got there, they were behind, so you know... I waited patiently other people got their meals late, so I figured I would be getting mine soon. A gentleman walked into the bagel shop and he ordered like a super cheesy egg, bagel and coffee he got his order before I did, a GrubHub driver came in and he was a little annoyed because they were behind on his food. He got his order before I did.. then three other people walked into the store. They ordered bagels and paid for them. They got their bagel before I did, the ladies behind the cash register were rushing around and we're quiet when I when I asked about my bagel the lady said everybody ordered at 7 AM! it is now 7:50 AM and I said to them "so do I need to act like a Karen to get my food made" the lady responded to me as when did you order I showed her my GrubHub confirmation. She said "maybe you are at the wrong posh bagel" I responded with "is not 742 Irving St.?!" and it was! being the only African-American in the shop, I don't know if this was racism it does not seem like it was racism to me, but it was quite interesting to see how everybody who was not black, was able to get their sandwiches, made whether they walked in or they called in while my sandwich wasn't made until 8 o'clock a full hour after I ordered. it is very hard being black in San Francisco, and I really don't think it was only because I am black. But the lady in charge was very rude and seem to only want to serve the people in their restaurant who look like her. be wary that sometimes they are not keeping up with their orders and they could make you late for work or get you stuck in traffic. It is consistently dark in there. Be safe, my friends.

Got the Bagel Dog here and it was was amazing. Great combo with the buttered poppyseed bagel and the hot dog sausage. Ordering was fast and my bagel dog was nicely toasted.
