First time for me getting insulted by restaurant staff. We walked in around 5:30pm and asked for a table inside. The waitress seemed unusually stressed and frazzled, barely able to give a straight answer, but seemed to indicate only outdoor was available. We even discussed between us if she was okay since she seemed on edge. Since it was cold and we had a baby and toddler, we asked if there was a way we could squeeze in somehow, offering to sit at a smaller table to accommodate. She didn’t give a negative answer but went to the back to check. Instead of her, manager/owner showed up. This is when it became really weird. He didn’t greet us… just said “oh so you think you are so important” with visible snark. I was so surprised I thought I didn’t hear it right. I asked if I did and he doubled down of his aggressive stance, claiming we stressed out his staff. When I said that we won’t stay and I will likely leave a bad review he yelled at us as we were leaving “go for it I don’t give a ****!”Normally I would not bother leaving a negative review, but the outright aggressive behaviors for a customer was so shockingly out of place and out of nowhere, I felt I have to.Since it’s a restaurant review, I have to mention the food. This was our second and last time trying this place. The first time the food here was quite average and unremarkable. My wife liked the pizza (which I didn’t) so she wanted to give it another shot.

Highlight: price is reasonable. Lowlight: pizza not memorable.Moto - ordered without meat, quite blandCauliflower - interesting texture but not enough flavorBoth pizzas were lacking flavor - suggest adding hot honey or lots of red pepper flakes. Crust also leaves room for improvement - firm, and not salty enough. Note my bias is I much prefer true neopolitan style pizzas.Service is good but note tables are quite close together.

Ate pizza, lasagna, burrata, and arancini. Experience was good but ultimately forgettable compared to other Italian offerings in the city.

Stop reading and go have the Moto, it's epic. Rest of the pizzas are legit if not outstanding. Props to the Nutella dessert pizza, quite good as well. Nice vibe in this joint too. Well done, West Add, well done.

Excellent value. The pizza was pretty good, and the bread knot appetizer is unique. Easy to get a seat. Parking is, of course, almost impossible.Parking: Super hard to park on the street.

I visited last week for dinner with my family. We didn't make a reservation and arrived around 6pm. We got seating in the back, which was an outdoor area. Right away they told us there were reservations so we would only be able to eat till around 7:15ish, which was totally okay. The back area was very cute, and extremely warm with the heater. For the food, we got 2 pizzas - honey pepperoni and the one with mushrooms. They were both good, but the crust was the best part. And the honey pepperoni said spicy on the menu but wasn't spicy at all.For appetizers, we got garlic bread and burrata cheese salad. The bread was on the drier side, couldn't taste much garlic. But the salad was very good.Overall, nice experience!

It was a very good lot of different pizza's, service was great and the food didn't take very long! They also have a heated outdoor seating option back!Dietary restrictions: If you are gluten-free, they have had a gluten-free option!Parking: Very busy street little to no parking.Kid-friendliness: Waiters are very nice and helpful!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp, but it's a small place, so I would call them and see if they can help you find a spot for you and your wheelchair.

Ragazza is a cute neighborhood pizza restaurant and a good dinner option on Divisadero. The interior is small but nice and the host is always friendly. Pizza wise, I like the Hot Honey Pepperoni and the Moto. The Hot Honey Pepperoni is self explanatory and delicious. The Moto is a ground sausage focused pizza with mushrooms, onions and supposedly Calabrian chilies. Our Moto didn't come with Calabrian chilies or if it did, the restaurant was stingy with them. I asked for a chili oil but Ragazza's chili oil was just oil, no flavor. Overall, the pizza is decent but their crust isn't as tangy or fluffy as I'd like for the style. If you make a Yelp reservation, it's for the outside patio in the back, which wasn't apparent to me when I booked the reservation. Maybe my fault! I would have preferred the option to select indoor dining with my reservation. Patio dining can be hit or miss with service and ambiance. Ragazza gets a 4 instead of a 3 for friendly service and a good vibe.
