Terrible customer service, went here with a group of 7, and was not paid attention to at all, the server never spoke a word to us except walking away when we had requests (such as salt and pepper). Food was bland (nothing special).

The food here is excellent. My brother had the best lasagna that he's had in many many years and my lamb chops were wonderful also. The waiter was extremely nice and friendly and the service was great. I would highly recommend eating here.

BEST Italian food in SF. Family owned for decades. EVERYTHING is delicious! Dine here soon.

Average food. Bread is just cold cut baguette from the corner store. Waited 25 minutes for Bruschetta (we asked to not put garlic in it, and were explained that it took a “bit” of time to chop the tomatoes for it), which ended up being the same second fresh baguette but grilled. Asked to not put garlic into my lady’s dish, and without clarification they decided to skip my side dish b/c it had garlic in it, and I’m perfectly fine with the garlic.

Parma has been a main staple for me for 20+ years. Always great to see Angela and crew whenever we have the opportunity!! Always hospitable, warm and friendly!! The food is amazing!! However, the wife and I don't deviate much from our usuals...ravioli with red sauce for her and penne romanoff for me. However, I like to mix it up sometimes and get the tortellini with cream sauce. Usual apps we enjoy...grilled shrimp with lemon, butter, and garlic; meatballs; bruschetta; Caesar salad with extra anchovies on the side; spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette. The wine selection is great...at very reasonable prices. Nothing like the 3X markups you pay at steakhouses. Deserts are wonderful, although we usually stuffed by then, so save room!! Angela E....Happy New Years!! Hope to see you soon!! As the saying goes, stay positive, test negative!! Your loyal patron, David L.

Consistently excellent pasta. I always order a penne arrabbiata, which is not on the menu, but they make it every time.

Great food and friendly staff. Definitely one of the best Italian foods I had in SF. Small restaurant vibes. Highly recommended

We're on vacation from Los Angeles area , looking for a good restaurant. Well we found it!!! Great outdoor environment and the food was delicious. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the butternut ravioli was perfect and the Tiramisu was homemade . Angela was so sweet and made us feel right at home . Thank you to the staff!

Even though it was take out, the food was wonderful and well packaged. We ordered the brochette, chicken piccata, pasta with bolognese and tiramisu for dessert. Angela was a saint and was very personable. Highly recommend this restaurant and we look forward to going back on our next visit to SF!

Angela and the crew there are flat out awesome. At a time when restaurants are really hurting, struggling to retain staff, and maintain the consistency in their food, Parma has been a gem. We have eaten outside there 3 times in the last 3 weeks and absolutely loved the food and service. Consistently great taste, which as I mentioned, has been a big challenge in our favorite restaurants. By far, my favorite Italian restaurant in the city.
