Rock Club catered my husband's retirement party. Easy to communicate with, flexible & arrived early to set up for event. Their burgers, fries & onion rings were awesome & EVERYONE raved about them. Hey, this place has the most amazing burgers, everything is so fresh, the service is wonderful they have a kiosk to place the order and the system send you a text when the food is ready so you don't need to check every minute or stay there. I highly recommend this food truck, the only thing is you need to check the Instagram account to see where they will pop up, they go everywhere.

Ok WOW this was a seriously AMAZING burger experience. First of all, the selection and range of burgers was awesome. We had the Metallica and Korn burgers, and onions rings and fries. For the Metallica, the BBQ sauce and bacon jam together were perfectly complimentary. The Korn was literally some of the best pulled pork I've ever had and a perfect combo with the corn topping. Everything was served super hot and fresh with big portions, and the owner is so nice. Also they make their buns from scratch, what?! SO DELISH 10/10 I NEED MORE

Got the AC/DC burger it was loaded with flavors! Fried cheese, potato sticks, plantains, cabbage and sauce. Had great taste when everything was put together. This burger had so much going on it's like he was working a 60 hour week trying to meet a serious deadline. The complexity of flavors did hide the fact that the burger was over cooked and not very flavorful on its own. Not well seasoned and maybe just not good quality. But like I said if you can unhinge your jaw to get a bite of the whole thing you will be pleased. (4.2 Stars)

The food was good. I have a food truck out of Rossmoor. The location they picked was east to get to and very beautiful. I love working in Rossmoor; so have them as an option for lunch is a thumbs up for me it was a beautiful sunny day so the setup was nice and the area was clean. The customer service; which makes a huge difference was exceptional. I didn't even have to tell the guy handle my food to put it in a bag; because I was at lunch and had to walk back to my bus, before I clocked out for lunch. He made my day. The order taker was friendly and very helpful. He gave me exactly what I asked for even though the burger I ordered came with onions and tomato (I don't eat) he was ok with making sure they were removed from my order.

Great food and excellent service, we're always on the lookout for when they are close to us and never miss a chance to get a bite. The Venezuelan tequeños (Venezuelan cheese sticks) are just wayyy too good and the burgers are no different, my to go it's always the AC/DC ? with Corn Sauce instead of the green sauce (just personal preference).
