I ordered congee and this was not it. A poor version of it from this Marina location. Too bad because I have ordered from other locations and have not had a problem before. I was surprised that they even served it. Not good Rooster & Rice! Please check in on this team so this doesn’t happen again.

I got the ginger scallion ginger chicken with rice and a side of the broth! It was amazing!!! they could have used some chili oil on the side for an extra kick! But it was prepared very fast and filled me up as I was just got finished with a salon appointment! Pretty affordable for San

I love rooster and rice. I think the entrees are wonderful and the concept is amazing. But this time I received a meal that had jasmine rice that was burnt and it was as hard as a rock. This restaurant is known for its rice, and therefore its rice should be perfect.

Wow! The original combo is super delicious. The sauce is awesome and their service was also 5 stars. Got the extra hot sauces and it was super spicy but in a good way. Even the simple soup tasted like homemade chicken broth. Definitely recommend!!!

Loved the Original Chicken plate with breast and thigh meat. Sauce is delicious. This location is not a sit down. Just order Togo. Service is friendly. Next time I'll try the chicken plate that has less rice and to eat more Veges!

Staff said it'd be a 10-15 minute wait. 30 minutes later, nothing. I asked for a refund, and they were able to issue it *without the tip back*.
The staff person remarked, "Well, you could have waited for your order."
So I just paid for terrible service? I'll be calling my bank to get the remainder back.
Update: 2 days later
I was able to go through my bank to get a full refund. A representative of the business eventually reached out to offer apologies, a certificate and that they were looking into the situation. I felt I was able to convey my grievances about the situation to them properly.
I'm glad that they've reached out and provided a resolution, but it's still unknown if the feedback will lead to revised employee practices around how they should handle beyond-longer-than-stated-wait-times and partial refunds.

I got The Marina, but with veggies instead of rice. The chicken was okay, the veggies were forgettable, but the cup of broth was very flavorful!
I love the food! But the price is getting insanely expensive. I remember when it used to be $10 and now it’s $20. But the sauce is bomb!
