I've been coming here for years. Service is great, the wait staff is very friendly and the owner is super nice. I always order shrimp with hot peoper sauce #33. It is my go-to dish every single time... delicious! I'm not sure, but it may be lightly tossed with corn starch and deep-fried to perfection. Because it has a nice light crunch tossed in a savory slightly sweeten sauce, mix with garlic, onions, peas, and carrots. We usually order the dry fried chicken #78. It's smothered with garlic and a light sauce, but we decided to have the Mu Shu pork instead. It was good, even had leftovers, but not the shrimp dish! Devoured it!! So, if you want to try something new, order #33. If you have a party of 4 or more, definitely order 2, and if you decide to order the dry fried chicken too, also 2. Make sure you toss your chicken around in the sauce with all that yummy minced garlic!!Wished I ordered it now instead of the Mu shu pork! Guess I'll be heading back soon!!

Overall the food was good and it’s worth trying, but if you like spicy foods then you should know they don’t have it. The disches were good and really filling, quite big portions. Kimchi was not Korean-approved. It was sweet and not spicy at all.Great service and nice atmosphere at a restaurant but quite cold at times.

This is a Shandong (NE coast of China) and Korean restaurant. The menu will tell you if it's a Chinese or a Korean dish. Shandong cooking is different from Cantonese, Sichuan and other provinces. Different spices, different cooking styles, not saucy, minimum amount of sugar/salt, etc. It is one of the few restaurants that have the Korean black bean paste noodles (Jajangmyeon - chewy wheat flour noodles similar to udon. It was a dish created by early Chinese immigrants in Korea). Unlike other restaurants, their dish has fresh shrimps as well as in the soup. Appearance of dishes are so-so but the taste is there. Emphasize is on the meat cut, color and taste. This is the only restaurant that I know in SF that serves both Shandong Chinese/Korean dishes.

Great Chinese Korean restaurant in a convenient location. It’s a nice go to place for a hearty bowl of Ja Jiang Mian or Jampong. Lots of family style stir fry dishes as

Went as part of a small group gathering and the service was excellent. Not only did they provide me good food recommendations, they were quick and accommodating for the number of people that came with me.Food was good and I would definitely come here again!

Literally the worst restaurant I have ever been. I usually never write reviews but this one I have to for you guys to avoid wasting your valuable money and time. Service is horrible and the food as well. Don’t order something related to Korean at least. The table was so dirty and even the water was so dirty. They said they are Korean. But NO. They are not. PLEASE don’t waste your money here and find better place. I should’ve read reviews here before I go I regret so much.

Stopped in for lunch and was greeted warmly by staff and owner. Ordered the lunch special - sweet & spicy shrimp. It was so tasty and not too spicy. It was served with veggies on a bed of romaine lettuce and rice. Definitely going back!

My buddy and I ordered the chow mein and fried dumplings. The food was pretty good but the service was amazing. The elderly waitress was amazing and would brighten up anyone. On our way out she thanked us and told us she loves us. Would highly recommend. We love you too ma’am.

Nothing to write home about. Perhaps that is because bring a fusion of Chinese and Korean in Japantown, it's not sure what it is. Jiajangmyeon was underseasoned though the noodles were long, chewy and good. Pork fried rice was also underseasoned. The hot/sour soup which came as an appetizer with lunch specials was fine, and the kimchee complimentary appetizer was good. Twice cooked pork was tasty but lacked the usual Sichuan character and the pork belly pieces were small and sparse.Service by the waitstaff was mediocre at best. Nobody came by to even ask how our lunch was. Once our food had been brought to the table, that was it. We had to actually go to the kitchen to ask for our pot of hot tea to be refilled.Parking: We didn't have to park a car but know how it can be challenging at times to find a parking space in this neighborhood.Wheelchair accessibility: Good. Accessible.

I very much enjoy their "dry fried" dishes. They are very flavorful. Full of garlic, green onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and other deliciousness. The kimchi is good and funky bite sized bits of joy. Don't be shy... ask for seconds. Once I told them one for me and one for my wife. They dry fried green beans is a must have.
