This was my first time tasting a Shake Shack burger and it was delicious! Well cooked and well prepared. Yummy fries, and a tasty lemonade to accompany the meal.Once you enter, you place your order on one of the tablets. The order is then brought to your table. The young gentlemen who served my table was very kind and professional, asking if I needed anything else.The venue was clean and felt safe. I will most likely return !

The entire experience was great. The only thing that makes it bad was the fact my car was broken into and all my stuff was stolen in the 20 minutes I was there eating. Should really consider adding security to the parking lot.

Rebel, my daughter, loves fries and milkshakes at the shack, especially the milkshake with cookies.
I stood in front of the cash register for more than ten minutes waiting for someone, anyone to take my order, to be told "we don't do that here, you order on tablet." By a rude child that couldn't articulate in English. I cannot support a company that treats people that way, that let their employees treat people that way. Boycott shake shack. To the owner, you should shut your business down here in America. Move it to Mexico, China, somewhere else where they do business like you do.
