Can’t hear recently for dinner with friends during restaurant week. We all ordered from the price fixe menu - Dungeness crab dumplings, pork chop and salted caramel pot de creme. Got there before the rest of the party but didn’t get anything except water til we were all seated. Had I known that, then I would have sat at the bar to order a drink.Came here a year ago with a large group. We arrived early then too but they suggested that we sit at the bar if we wanted to order drinks before the back patio was at up for us.

Warning: Do NOT schedule a reservation less than TWO hours before closing. They WILL run out of their GOOD menu items and will only tell you once you’ve had your appetizers, making it impossible to get out.Went last Saturday at 9, for SF Restaurant week. The plan was to have their 3 course dinner with Bavette Steak, a prime attraction (see menu attached). After placing the order and AFTER having the appetizer, we were informed the kitchen had run out of the steak!! Reluctantly, we both chose the Tuna instead. Minutes later, we were told that they had ONE Tuna left, so I HAD to take the Pork chop. The server did offer an extra dish on the house, but there literally isn’t anything else we wanted - just went with some Crab dumplings (very small, do not recommend) to get on with it.The pork chop was not something I’d ever have again. The ONLY good thing about it all was the appetizer (in hindsight should have had it as the extra dish) - the chicken liver pate was exquisite! It’s VERY poor form to inform the guests AFTER serving them the appetizer that you’ve run out of the entree!

A bit loud and cramped, but otherwise a fun, energetic place. We enjoyed the butter lettuce salad, pizza, and spaghetti. I’d like to go back and try some of the other small plates, they all looked good. Don’t get the hominy fritters, they are too salty. The crab & burrata dumplings were also a bit salty, but there was a nice amount of crabmeat. Good service, although all of our dishes arrived at roughly the same time, so our tiny table felt quite crowded.

Decent food and good cocktails, but way more expensive than it should be, and our bill had 2 items that we didn't order added to our bill.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level entrance, sufficiently wide aisles, and a usable bathroom. One bathroom has a decent amount of space.

I ate here this morning for the first time the meal was nice but it could've been a larger portion of nachos and salad ?. 3/17/24.

Great food, drinks, and location! Service was horrible. We couldn't get water after asking twice and struggled to get the bill. We got the chorizo pizza and white bean app and was great. Outside patio super cute and great vibes but service made this a challenging experience.

I've been a regular hear for many years. Casual, friendly local spot that is great for brunch, lunch, and dinner. I always eat on the patio, which is fun for any party size -- 1:1 to large groups. The menu changes up and the burger is always great.

No frills, no nonsense type of establishment. We love the Brunch environment as we love lively places. The quality of the food is consistent and quick. Order the Mimosa Bottle service and enjoy the French Toasts and dance at the table while you are at it. Recommended if you are not sensitive to high volume places.

Disappointing burger, wine served too cold and without offering a taste. Nice patio.

We ate dinner on Valentine's eve before we went to a show nearby. Food was delicious. Especially outstanding were the butternut squash dumplings (we ordered it a second time, they were so good - the pepitas and brown butter sauce was amazing), crispy fried brussels sprouts (I order these in a lot of restaurants and these are now at the top of my list), Thai spiced pork sausages, and the puree of carrot soup (the addition of the curry creme fraiche and pomegranate seeds made this soup special). The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our drinks.

Nice atmosphere but waiter seemed inexperienced or uninterested and two of our three entrees were either undercooked (we sent the pork back for more time in the oven) or bland. On the plus side, the salad entree was delicious. Not our first visit but probably our last; San Francisco has a lot of restaurants from which to choose.
