I was recently at the store on 18th street, the food was fine, the service was fine as well. I went to recycle and compost my waste and found 3 bins with no signs. when I asked which bin was for compost, I was informed it didn't matter, when I pointed out that it was sf policy to separate trash, compost and recycling I was informed that no one used the bins to separate anyway. I responded that the city requires separation I was told that they did it in back, but didn't take such care with customer waste. I don't know if the city has stopped checking, but when I was in business ecology was checking and giving hefty fines if the trash was not separated. If this activity is not changed at this store I will be be filing a complaint with recology. Starbucks is a go to for sudden caffeine or snacking needs and most stores comply.

If you work around or live this Starbucks your drinks will be made okay if not when you order a drink without ice the will put from two to three finger less in liquid also your drink will come out depending how much they like you atmosphere not good like in the whole city ghetto people pretending to have class no vibe no atmosphere lots of Mexicans tech people gays people with kids and homeless bathroomVery dirty is the bathroom this is the bathroom of the drivers and homeless mainlyAlso black people come in to steal everything while everyone has to pay for everything

This location isn't crowded, or it's at least 4 or 5 people in line, and it moves quickly. The orders are just about perfect and hot. Snacks, WiFi, and places to sit are available. Parking is so and so.

Employees are always friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, smiling, etc. It's such a pleasure to patronize this store and leave a dollar tip. I only wish I could leave more for people who do their jobs well. Thanks, coming from a black man.Kid-friendliness: It seems like a kid-friendly environment, not for playing, just kid drinks like milk and hot chocolate and food.Parking: No parking lot, just metered street parking close by on adjacent streets is usually available.
As always Starbucks is my fave place to have coffee. On my drive home from SFO airport, I stopped at this place and had good coffee & had croissants.

The drinks were good but when I first started ordering I told the person at the register I wanted the bacon egg bites but then literally said actually I'll change that to the red pepper egg bites because I remember I did not like the bacon one at all last time I had it . Shaun had over heard me ordering , before I even paid and said that he had already put the bacon one in . And then said " it's all the same thing" the lady at the register told me she would change it . But when I got my order it was still the bacon one . Shaun didn't respect that I wanted to change my order even before I had paid . It's not "all the same" or else it wouldn't be 2 separate items . One has meat and one doesn't .

I have visited this Starbucks a few times with my little kids and the experience has always been positive. The baristas always took great care in preparing kids’ hot chocolate - so delicious and never scalding hot.We stopped by again today and the kid’s hot chocolate was perfect as always and everyone was very sweet and kind to my kid.Thank you for making our visit sweet!

This Starbucks is placed in a nice location however the drinks are not good. I’ve ordered several drinks from here over the last year and all of them taste like watered down versions of what they should be.
