Three stars because the gentleman working the counter pays more attention to tips than how to properly spell my name. Everytime I come to this location, he spells my name incorrectly, which has me waiting longer as my name is not being called. Today, I even spelled my name, slowly, letter by letter, only for him to still misspell my name. Yet, he writes the amount of tip you leave on the receipt(for his records I presume). I went to this place to have some iced coffee. The staff was friendly. They also have great pastries, perfect pair for my coffee. The place were clean and welcoming staff. It didn't take too long for my coffee to have.

This review includes a poor review of the company's poor on the phone customer service.This particular star has an attentive group who are pleasant and quick to serve. On the down size, there is no place for dining in the store. A big negative for me who likes the full coffee shop experience of in store dining.Buyers who purchase a gift card beware.
