The service here was nice but they ran out of a particular syrup that my daughter wanted but the ordering page didn't say it was out. And it took about 10 min to get a refresher when there were not that many people ordering in this store.
Another Starbucks with plenty of open space but no tables and chairs for customers. Honestly, the "third space" was the entire/major selling point of the Green Mermaid and why so many locations made sense. This spot doesn't even get that much foot traffic, as it's near a tunnel and is too far from Bart/public transit (making it an inconvenient destination for the homeless). Honestly, ditching a welcoming and comfortable space isn't good business. I wouldn't have stopped in here...read full review

This is my go to neighborhood starbucks on my days off. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and have never messed up my drink. My name has been pronounced wrong, but that's something that happens at every Starbucks. It's not your fault that my parents gave me a weird name! LolKeep up the good work!
