Shopping at target yesterday and I grabbed a coffee and bacon Gouda sandwich as I was leaving. Came down with the worst case of food poisoning from here. As I was eating the sandwich it was still cold but didn't think anything of it. About 2 hours later I was feeling awful!

This starbucks is so inconsiderate and staff is extremely rude. It was my birthday and I decided to come in to redeem my free drink but the worker denied me it claiming I already redeemed it even though you can only get it on your birthday. There was no empathy shown or any suggestions offered. I was shut down on my birthday when I came to enjoy a drink but left with nothing. I absolutely do not recommend coming here again, especially on your birthdays.

I work here. We try our best for the nonstop lines that we get all day. We don't receive tips like normal Starbucks so it kinda wears down on our energy. So if you come in with a positive attitude and remember to say thank u it really makes our day. We don't ask for much but patience and gratitude. Oh and try not to stare to hard at us when we make your drinks lol it makes us feel like we're zoo animals. Thank u guys ♥️

I was just there a few minutes ago and I order an ice latte that’s what I usually order and they just gave me a black latte you guys should hire people that know what their doing I’ve been many times and this is the first time it’s happened I’m no longer going their but you guys should check on your workers

The guy working the cash register put his fingers inside every single cup he grabbed. Like, he would handle cash then immediately turn around, grab a cup, write the order on it, and instead of just setting it down normally he would grab it again with his fingers on the inside of the cup. I can't even imagine what would compel someone to do that but it's a massive health hazard and the guy responsible clearly needs extenseive food safety retraining or a new career path. Absolutely disgusting.

Are you kidding me? $6 for a "grande" cold brew which was literally 90% ice. There was a total of 30ml of coffee. I wish I was joking. Starbucks more like Starsucks!

Bad Service Ever!!!i have been here 2 times: the first time there were 2 staff members and they just talked and didn't see me waiting to be ordered, after they saw me they were joking around while taking orders.the second time I came here was today, I ordered a Moca Cookie Crumble Frapp, and see if it's the same??? they made me a Vanilla Frapp and it wasn't even full, the top half of the glass was full of whipping cream, Moca Frapp cost $6.35 while Vanilla Frapp was about $5. Another thing is there is a lot of staff there about 5-6 people and they make the drinks really slow and unprofessional, when I asked them to scan the code in the starbuck app they said my code is not working? and then i ignored it but then they made my drink wrong and when i asked if it was Moca crumble cookie frapp the staff member said “yes”this has never happened to me in other Starbucks branches, i'm a fan of this brand for over 6 years and i'm really dissapointed with this location i will never come back here

I always go here since its the closest starbucks to me, peets is literally 2 min walk away from me but theyre mid ... i drive 10 mins here just for starbucks xD i was suprised when i saw they only have two stars, i dont have good memory so i don't remember if i had any bad experiences, all i remember is baristas are chill and nice, my drinks are always fire, i loveee starbucks over any other coffee chain so maybe that's why im a bit bias. this fall season's pumpkin cold foam is so gooood! get it with chai latte, i have to try the matcha with it before fall ends (': xoxo (the target itself that it's in sucks a little i think but its ok)

visited last weekend in the afternoon. the line wasn't super long, but it also felt like ordering took forever. there were also a lot of flies inside which was very unappealing. I went to order a grande mocha cookie crumble & a blueberry muffin. since they were out of blueberry muffins, i looked to order another food, which took me a moment, but there was no one behind me in line, and there were 6 baristas. the lady at the register looked at me so rudely when i was trying to figure out what other food to get. I ended up ordering a turkey pesto sandwich. when that was done, they left it on the counter & did not call my name, which wouldve been fine if there weren't hella flies flying around. and they made my drink after a little bit. other drinks that ordered after me came out before mine which was fine. they were about to give me my drink & then realized they put whipped cream on it, then said they would remake it. & i didnt even get a chance to say it was fine because at that point i was ready to go. & my final issue was that when they remade my drink, they made a tall instead of a grande. i didn't complain because i had been in there for too long & was ready to go. I love starbucks, I go to different locations all the time. but would not recommend this location.

This Starbucks is always way too busy. The staff are poorly trained and most of the time, they are out of straws, cups, or lids. They also often mess up my order and put the wrong size and end up charging me more. Although the location is good, they aren’t connected with the Starbucks mobile app and that contributes to how busy it is. One of the worst Starbucks in SF.

The Starbucks located within Target at Stonestown is small and cozy. The seating is very comfortable. Especially the window seats where you can people watch and enjoy coffee. There are smaller round tables in the courtyard. The baristas are fast and very friendly. The counter is located at the store entrance of Target ?.
