By far my favorite Starbucks in the city. The crew is BEYOND and they put up with my crazy orders multiple times a week. They are so kind and patient and my drinks are always top tier. Thank you all for always killing it!!

I love this starbucks but they be playing taylor swift NONSTOP. I spend hours studying there multiple days of the week, and i’m not joking when I say taylor swift is the only thing I hear the entirety of being there. The music used to be fine but I think someone else got to control the music because I swear I have not heard any other artist but taylor swift in there.

I love Starbucks matcha but I hate when I get like 85% ice and can't enjoy my drink... I put light ice now I know just no ice because they fill my cup to the brim... with f****** ice.

This review is for Julio. I came in to pick up my mobile order today. My order included a Caramel Brûlée Latte. I'm literally chasing this divine drink at the moment. It's delicious and will disappear from the menu soon. However lucky for me this location has my drink! This is my 2nd time picking up from here. Today Juice made my drinks. All the drinks were delicious. Fast forward to me waiting for a croissant and Red Velvet Cake...here comes JULIO with two pastry bags and he is all bent over eyeballing my drinks. That was kind of irritating being that I'm the only customer in the store at this point. Instead of him calling out what the order is and attaching the name that's printed on the bag he just had to act weird. I asked them the name on the order and he said Lynette. I said ok Thank you...you can sit the bags down. He then went and got a dirty towel and started wiping the counter I'm standing at and touched me with that dirty towel. I didn't stoop to his level... REWIND to my first time ordering here JULIO was the barista. I had only ordered two drinks. I came in to pick them up and he was giving me a crazy look. He didn't even ask me of I needed help. He wasn't making any drinks. He was just standing there. I said I think those are my drinks over there. He said NO THOSE ARE MOBILE ORDERS!!! I said yes They are for Lynette and I know they are mines. He wanted to see my phone that I placed a mobileOrder. I was in a rush so I took my drinks after he gave them to me and left. I am a regular at Starbucks on 3rd and Evans. Please ask the manager Corey about me. I guess I should stop cheating on them JULIO needs to treat all customers accordingly. His customer service is poor and I will chase my drink elsewhere in the future.

borderline hostile service. I didn’t leave a tip when buying a bottled drink (tip for ringing me up?) and the guy sneers “thanks for the tip”… made the mistake of buying a coffee later and the milk was off. Good space for meeting people at least.
Pours hot shot straight to plastic cup, not very friendly place.

This store is excellent. I used to live close and always got a cup of coffee during my day. Now I moved and miss how quick and efficient this store was for me. At my current store everything is so slow

The old Latin lady will grab the drinks from the top with her bare hand. Basically putting her entire hand over the hole you put your mouth on. And she's rude
