Not a Starbucks reserve anymore. Don't know why they kept the sign up. Disappointing. Was looking forward to go to this location since it is fairly close to my office. Sadly not. Food was normal. I would rate it a 0 if I could.

The possible Indian girl is super rude. Lines are long. They are super unorganized and this particular barista said they don't have any tea without caffeine. Food is limited. I try to go to working girls cafe instead. It's better to support local businesses instead of a big empty cold place. That's ambiance for ya. Preferential treatment by all employees for those they know.

I tried the Galapagos Reserve. So good and that is having it black.

Not a Starbucks Reserve ‼ I came for their special reserve drinks to find out they're no longer a SB Reserve, so don't expect any SBR items. Got a normal iced latte and croissant instead that were both pretty mediocre, didn't expect much from Starbucks. The vibe on the other hand is nice. Plenty of space and seatings, wifi and some plugs. It got a bit loud around 230-3 PM so wouldn't recommend for meetings. The staff is nice and attentive!

Beautiful Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby of a corporate office building. I came here just after lunch for an afternoon pick me up and the place was pleasantly non-busy. I was able to order right away and my drink came out shortly after. I had to knock one star off because of the way they made my green tea latte - having worked at Starbucks previously, the recipe is that you don't shake a green tea latte if you're making this as a cold beverage - you're supposed to stir instead. Otherwise, there is so much foam that builds up on top of the drink, at least 1/3 of my cup was foam. I felt skimped on the actual drink that I paid almost $5 for.

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff. Have never had a bad experience here! One of the most beautiful Starbucks I've been to as well.

Amazing place to have some Starbucks and just dive into a book or do online work. One of the rare Starbucks in SF with comfy seating and outlets. The staff are super friendly. They made all the Tik Tok drinks I asked with no complaints.

I am not sure what happened to my location review but the Starbucks on Main Street between Mission and Howard Street is a great place for a coffee and meeting. Unlike many other locations, there are plenty of tables and chairs available. The Baristas and front counter service are very friendly. The service has always been consistently superior. One of my favorite Starbucks in downtown SF.-By the way, the Salesforce transit center is one block walking distance.

Yes, this is a pretty place, but it can also be a little confusing. I was here on 3/1 at 5:45p & they're open till 6:30. When I entered from Mission, there was a puddle from a spilled drink in front of the trash cans inside the door. After I figured out where to order/the registers actually were, I stood in line for almost 5 minutes even though I was the only one ordering because there seemed to be only 1 employee. Then a 2nd person came out of the back to take my order. As I waited another 5 minutes for my cup of tea, a 3rd person was sweeping (not with a mop or anything to clean up the wet spill) AROUND the puddle. I know it was "closing," but you still have customers and 45 minutes to go. I've gladly waited in line at smaller stores because it's busy & almost always had a better customer experience than at this place when it was practically empty. I'll make sure I leave work early enough to catch my favorite crew @1st&Mission if I ever need an after-work fulfillment from now on.

whoever the girl is wearing all the pungent perfume on her body and touching the cups. It doesn't smell good when I'm drinking my coffee also, I no for a fact that you're not supposed to wear any perfume or cologne at Starbucks, one of my family members is a manager for one of the Starbucks told me that they're not allowed to wear any perfume or cologne..

Welcome to the fanciest Starbucks in San Francisco! They have a bar. Work spots but can be noisy. Nitro drinks & affogatos. Coffee beans from around the world. They also serve regular menu items to however you like it. Yes they are quick with your drink & they know their usual customers.
