Wanted to sit down and have a sandwich. Navigated the maze that is Macy's, and seating, post mask mandate in sf, is cordoned off. When I asked where to sit, the two ppl behind the counter kindly offered that I sit at boudin, right past THE SIGN THAT SAYS BOUDIN CUSTOMERS SEATING ONLY. Never gonna come back.

This is a sandwich shop, part of a huge international chain, where you can pick up something to take with you to a better place to eat. Quality is OK.

They said they couldn't accept any orders because the line kept on getting too long. Never come here. Terrible service and terrible people

I haven't eaten subway since I was in Sterling Heights, Michigan in '07. Was turned off by the bread smell inside the shop. But this subway is in s food court, and the customer service is good. These guys hook it up with the toppings. Tipping helps, but they don't know that before hand. They work hard for the money. You've got a regular customer now.
