This place said that they couldn't cancel my order and could not give me a refund because my order was done on the app. Told me to call the CS number.There is no CS number for Subway.Went back two weeks later asking for my refund and was told to call my bank for it.Was there for over an hour requesting a refund or to make me a sandwich which was already paid for.One employee who knew nothing about what was going on called me a stupid B and said that I had aids because I asked that a customer who witnessed everything for his number.Then after an hour back and forth the owner said that he would make me a sandwich and I started to tell him what the sandwich was and he pointed right at my face and said you shut up I remember what the sandwich was.He made a sandwich and handed it to me and I left.Well it was the wrong sandwich and I gave it to a hungry homeless person on the way home.This place is definitely not a place to spend your money at.

You know what you’re getting at a Subway, generally. The food variations, even in different countries, are negligible.This review is based on staff and atmosphere. The Folsom location is easily the best in the city. Huge dining room (by SF standards) and exceptional staff.

Walked four blocks to go there for my lunch break at 8pm. Online says it closes at 9pm.... & the store was closed when I got there. Wasted my whole break I'm highly upset!

Two people behind the counter. Three people waiting to be served. One person working on online orders. Shouldn’t the other server take orders from customers rather than working on the online orders too. Now two customers including myself walk out. Not coming back here again.

The food is mediocre at best. Employees there are constantly talking to each other and not their customers. Today was especially bad. I was with my 6 year old grandson and he needed to use their bathroom and we were told there isn't any barroom and the nearest was 2 blocks away. According to state and local laws, a restaurant has to provide a restroom for their customer. I pointed that out and pulled up the law on my phone to show the employees. We were still told that there isn't a restroom for customers and they just couldn't care less. As we left the restaurant in search of a bathroom, my grandson peed his pants. Thanks a lot Subway. Your sandwiches aren't all that great and now I find out you aren't kid friendly.

Visited this Subway around 3:45 PM. The door was open so I entered but was told to leave as they were closed. There were several people sitting eating at their tables so I was a bit puzzled but left. I checked their posted opening hours and to my surprise they we’re supposed to be open to 5 PM so apparently they decided to close early so that is why I only give them a 1 star which they didn’t deserve. It’s a disgrace for me that they don’t keep their posted opening hours.

The two brothers that run this place are super professional and easy to talk to - I enjoy going in to see them. One brother wears a dodgers hat and the other wears a giants hat. They also hire great employees the guy who made my order his ears were pierced with nice diamond earrings and he was wearing gloves and cleaning the store when I walked in and is really nice made the best subway sandwich I've ever had.

I can not understand. how a place that sells food, does not have bathrooms for customers. I have come several times and they always say that the bathroom is under repair. They should be fined

We arrived at 7:30pm (they close at 9pm) but the lady didn’t want to serve us and shouted that it’s closed because she was already cleaning. We just wanted to buy some cookies..
