The salads here are amazing, offering a wide variety of protein, grains, and greens to choose from. It's a great spot for those looking for healthy and delicious options, except one aggressive employee.

Absolutely love the taste of every salad I’ve tried. I like that they give you the option of your salad being tossed or keeping the dressing on the side, as well as the complimentary piece of bread offered with each salad.

I ordered a guacamole greens salad, and it did not even have any avocado. The quality of the produce and chicken was not fresh at all, and the dressing tasted and smelled old as well. I had at least 3 ingredients missing from the salad. I've been to other Sweetgreens various times and this was the worst by far. For around 20 dollars you get a half filled bowl of limp old lettuce and a few select ingredients from the dish you order.

I love sweetgreen. My only suggestion is to not have blackened tofu anymore because it’s just so hard and dry. Please go back to the way you used to prepare tofu! Thank you!

Seriously I hope the management sees this and just hires more people. One person at lunch rush to do orders all the way through and then work the register is insane. It should not take this longFood is excellent though

Sweetgreen might fare better if it didn't have such stiff competition in the salad genre in SF, but given seriously excellent options nearby (Blue Barn!!!), the lower quality ingredients and comparable pricing is a total nonstarter. The base cost looks good but when you add any heartier extra fixings, the cost quickly gets ridiculous for meager portions--that is TWO extra helpings of seasonal vegetables. If all you want is shredded carrots and limp lettuce go for it. Otherwise try a million other places in a two block radius.

This location has never given me a correct order in the 8 times I’ve ordered from here via the Sweetgreen app. Usually something basic like forgetting the goat cheese or another topping but one time the wild rice was barely cooked to the point it was inedible. Why I gave it so many tries is beyond me - do not eat here.

I should have read the reviews before going in. Like everyone else said, the service is so slow and also of poor quality. Takes 5-10 minutes per person in line. There is only one person in the front. That person also spends their time directing delivery folks and pickups. They seemed super distracted while taking my order and I had to repeat myself several times. I also am concerned about the food safety, as the bathroom soap was basically out (only a few drips). I should I have just walked away and gone elsewhere. Usually sweetgreen is consistent but this place is not it.

I used to order sweetgreen all the time in NYC. But I’ve ordered twice from here and both times got food poisoning. It felt validating to read the reviews below about how the quality isn’t fresh (and how one person even found an entire grasshopper in her salad). Will never order from this place again, they really give the sweetgreen franchise a bad name.

Incredibly frustrating low amount of personnel. There’s always just one person working, taking at least 5 minutes per customer. Lines of 10 people, resulting in a 50-minute line!! I’ve tried to come here several times, but am currently so frustrated every time with the lines that I’ll just go to mixt. Sweetgreens can learn a lot from the efficiency there.

Exceptionally poor service. Staffing models are clearly broken because online orders get lost or messed up, in person orders are consistently slow. Just an abundance of incompetence all around.

Food, great. Service, horrible. A handful are kind but aside from that they have no sense of urgency. With a line growing by the minute. The workers walk in slow motion. Moreover, when I placed a order online. They called to say they couldn't complete it due to overwhelming amount of online. And I understood but when she asked how id like my refund. I asked for store credit because I didn't have extra money to wait 2-3 days to get the money back on my card. Instead she hung up and returned it to my card and I was left with no money and no food.
