The milk tea was terrible. I ordered the Thai milk tea with rainbow jelly and it tasted sour. That's not normal. The service was bad, cashier would be eyeing me and being impatient when I ordered. I would give half a star if I could, disgusting place with ugly decorations and super slow, 15 minute wait time for 2 Thai milk teas. Never going back there again.

Waited more 30 minutes for my order. Milk tea, popcorn chicken, curry fish ball, two piece of spam musubi Drink should be fast. It is simple drink. Musubi wait over with rice. I can understand popcorn chicken and curry fish ball taking time. But the drink a musubi should have been out. Yes I did order the popcorn chicken and curry fish ball take time but this place took it to another level of delay delivery, even if you have only two people working. Drink to the client first, something for now why they wait.

This place has better food than boba. the boba special is horrible besides maybe the milk tea. Jasmine and oolong tasted gross. 5 degree tea house like two shops away has the same exact special too and it's WAYYY better. I get boba from 5 degree and popcorn chicken from Tea plus but tea plus chicken just takes a long time to come out. everything takes a long time to come out there. i recommend 5 degree more.

Here's a secret:If you go up to the cashier, they have a small promo hanging on the left side that you can easily miss. Weekdays from 10am to 6pm you can order from four selected boba drinks that only cost $1.75 or so.I already ordered my Mango drink before I saw this.

Popcorn Chicken for $6.50 yummy fried chicken! It is a big more doughy and the flavor is different. It is a bit lighter and not as salty & doesn't have a lot of black pepper flavor.
Friendly and fast service! Ordered 3 of the special items, total was under $6! I feel like I'm stealing with these price points! Drinks were tasty and boba was soft, obviously won't be the same as the ones you pay $8 bucks for but definitely hits the spot. 10/10!

Mozzarella sticks are so good, seasoned well and very tasty. Spam musubi is sauced up well and not too salty. The popcorn chicken is tender and marinated, but it wasn’t seasoned enough for my personal taste. For most it would probably be perfect though. Thai tea is solid, it’s less milky and a very dark orange which I prefer. Shaved ice is much too sweet for my taste but the taste is good otherwise. THE CREPES AND HONEYDEW MILK TEA ARE SO GOOD JESUS. IT TASTES LIKE A MELONA POPSICLE WITH TEA!!! Curry fish balls slap and there is a lot of sauce which I appreciate. Everything here is top tier, just make sure to get the 25% sweet or else you might get diabetes since everything is much sweeter than other places.
