A cozy Thai place with absolutely delicious food and fantastic service.Since the food is halal, we could try some dishes we normally don't get, and man were they good.If you're seeing this review, take it as a sign to try this place!Side note: How were the chicken wings so good?Dietary restrictions: Halal available

The lady was very rude. The restaurant was empty when we came. She was initially going to sit us next to the door but we were a bit cold. So we asked if we could sit further in and the lady moved us but made a rude comment. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't even remember how the food was. All I can remember is the rude lady.

The most flavourful food - on the first bite, it lights up the senses. We got the pumpkin curry with tofu, shrimp pad Thai and Thai iced coffees. They made mine with decadent coconut milk.Such a warm and welcoming person working there. 100%%% recommend.

Super nice staff. Pumpkin curry is really good here. Papaya salad is fun to eat. Not normally super busy inside so good if you want it to be more quiet.

Hands down my favorite new Thai restaurant since moving back from Thailand. Living in Thailand for 13 years gave me so much love and appreciation for the culture, food and way of life. The owner was the kindest sweetest host we have ever come across. Small cute and great ambiance. I definitely impressed her with my Thai language skills being a Farang (foreigner) and my love for Chang beer and spicy authentic Thai food. The Food came out perfectly flavored, not watered down like most Thai restaurants catering to westerners. It had a nice kick and so flavorful, the seafood tom Kha soup was amazing as well as the Som Tom salad. Papaya salad is one of the healthiest foods on the planet full of good enzymes. It's no wonder you never see a overweight thai person :) we will definitely be back every week thank you Sabrina :)

I visit SF yearly, and this is my go to place for Thai every time I come. Fast and fresh, reasonably priced, and within walking distance of the ocean. Love this place!

Everything I’ve had here is so delicious! The flavors are complex and really take the palate on a journey. Highly recommend the Tom Yum soup and the red curry. Papaya Salad is also very tasty and refreshing. After being very pleased with takeout here, I brought a friend to eat a meal in the restaurant. We barely talked once the food arrived because we wanted to focus on the experience that was happening to our taste buds. Do yourself a FLAVOR and eat at Thai Cottage! ?

The lady working here was so kind, helpful and gave phenomenal service. She made sure I was enjoying the food and helped me open my coke can because she noticed that I wasn't able to do so myself.

There wasn't a specifically gluten-free menu, but Thai food is normally pretty good for being generally gluten-free. The menu said to say if you had any additional allergies, so I told the server that I was gluten-free. He was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire menu on what I should or should not have. Ended up getting the pad Thai and it was amazing.
