Failed on all categories:1) Service was bad. They have the setup where there's a barcode on the table you scan and then order online. So far so good. The next step is then that a few minutes later the bartender (in fact only server I saw) starts shouting in your direction, asking you your order, as they don't know the table for the orders.2) both the drink and food I ordered were pricey and bad. For food, I didn't set a high bar, I ordered chips and salsa. You get a big box of chips which were fine and a tiny amount of salsa to go with that, nowhere close to enough. The drink was just overpriced and plain bad, didn't finish.3) atmosphere would have been as expected except for the ordering experience. These all seem like management issues. Either the system they installed doesn't work or they didn't train the service workers well. Additionally having a single person run the front of the house was clearly too much for one person.

Just don't order the food. For context I spent $14 for chips and queso. It should be illegal to serve that poor quality of food, even for airport standards...Server/bartender was legit and proficient.

The worse burrito within San Francisco airport ( Gate G)。The picture explain all. Not only the food itself is bad. It’s also very pricy.Definitely will not try again and will not recommend to others.

Waited 20 minutes to get an iced mocha & blueberry muffin, first of all I don’t know why it’s so expensive ($20) ??? Then I noticed I was charged for 2 muffins when I only ordered 1. I told the lady at the counter & she kept saying “are u sure” I said yes I’ve been standing here for 2 seconds only after I’ve purchased. Then the coffee came but it was hot and I reminded her that I wanted it iced, that’s where the eye rolling and the huffing came in. Also they advertise this coffee being “Peet’s” but I highly doubt it because I’ve worked there for years and this coffee tastes like trash not even close to actual Peet’s coffee/ espresso. Be careful and save your money on a different airport cafe/ restaurant. Sadly I grew up in SF and I expect this airport to have better quality items.

Waited at the burrito counter while one guy was making burritos. It was 9:40. At 9:55 the burrito maker told me he was by himself and to order at the coffee bar. I went to the coffee bar; someone was making a drink and no line. I waited 5 minutes for that drink to be made. The worker took my order at 10:00 and then said they stop serving burritos. I told them I’d been waiting since 9:40 with no one actually in front of me. They still said no.I’m never coming back. Do not recommend until they can staff it. Go to Gotts where they can communicate and breakfast is served until 11.
pretty alright service. from my experience I notice in the morning they are very short staff or just 1 guy and a manager to make the food, cashier, stock, clean, etc. I do see the voucher guys but imo the costumers are not always right same goes for employees. Pretty sure I paid like 6$ for water in the airport at boudins.

What kind of terrible customer service is this? They're supposed to open at 7 AM, but when I asked them at 7:45 AM what time they would actually open, the guy had the audacity to shout at me, saying they would open at eight. If I can't wait, I should just leave? Unbelievable! All I did was request that they put up a sign stating their opening time, so no one would have to ask again. But of course, they can't even do that because of their so-called "management issue." This is beyond infuriating!

Fraudulent service, as noted by others too. If you're using an airline voucher, make sure to get the receipt. The person in front of me used only $17 out of his $30 voucher - but once he left the cashier lady raised the amount to $27. It seems this is a frequent affair at this restaurant. Items are priced high.

Fraudulent Double Dipping! Lady at checkout took disadvantage of flight time rush …. Accepted airline provided food voucher for $30 and instead of charging only difference of $0.96, charged the full amount of $30.96 on my cc… fraudulent double dipping!! As far as the 1) Food…. Coldest queso I have ever tried in life.2) Service… Slowest staff assembling your dish
