The Coup Signature Wrap. It was not good. I ordered extra garlic because I love garlic. But there was this weird taste to the wrap. I realized it was because of the garlic! The garlic used wasn't fresh garlic, but the garlic you get in the store already chopped and you just scoop out of a jar used for cooking when you're too lazy to open and chop garlic yourself. I could be wrong, but that's what it tasted like to me. Also there was a lot of tortilla and everything was cold. Full disclosure, I did order via DoorDash, but I don't imagine liking it even if it was warm. I couldn't even finish the wrap. I usually am willing to give places another try, but it won't been anytime soon...

The organic coop wrap is good but lacked flavor in my opinions. The tortilla was a bit thick and I didn't get enough chicken Pros: average prices, small store Cons: wrap is small and too little meat

I tried Organic Coup at the Giants stadium and it was horrible!! But I thought maybe it was just due to being in the stadium. I wanted to try a "real" location. I was waiting for them to take cash and now they do. I wasn't very hungry so I ordered the 2 piece tenders & tots combo. The cashier rang up a 3 piece combo which is $2 more. I was in a rush and let it slide. Was $9.99 plus tax came to $11.14. There were 12 tater tots which isn't much but they were old and stale like they were cooked a long time ago and sitting in a warmer. The chicken was the same - not fresh; cooked prior and sitting in a warmer. Tried it, won't go back. Below mediocre for over $10. Not many places left in the East Cut to get a decent lunch.

I love this place. Easy to order, and flavors are great. The staff the the 1st and market Street location are super friendly!!!

Very mediocre kale slaw salad with chicken. Looks and tastes like a TJ's salad. I think I get more protein in a TJ's salad for a fraction of the price. Container was half full and had mainly filler cabbage and not so much kale. Tots with the spicy ranch we're tasty but not crispy out of the fryer. Overall I'd rate this one ...avoid.

Thank you Ervonna for making my tots nice and crispy! Love them! Always keeping keeping customers Happy

You order a fried chicken sandwich and you expect it to be crispy, right? Not the sandwiches here, the breading was soggy and flavorless and the chicken was very dry. It was also like they just slapped two chicken strips on a bun. Not worth the í¼ber premium prices.

On Sept. 6 I went to the organic chicken coup at the Rincon around 1:30pm. There were no customers, two employees behind the counter who looked at us but neither one acknowledges us. Eventually a third employee comes up to the register to take my order. I order the Caesar chicken salad and tots. Not much acknowledgement from the girl who prepares and gives me my order. I go back to my office and start eating my salad when I notice a piece of plastic at the bottom of my salad. It turns out to be a pretty big plastic bag that would be hard for someone to miss while preparing the salad. I call the store and tell them I found a big plastic bag in my salad. Her response was, "well if you want a salad you'll have to come back". No apology. I explain that I didn't have time to go back before they closed for the day at 3pm and asked if I could come back Monday (closed on weekends). She says yes that's fine and ends the call with a halfhearted sorry. On Sept. 9, I went to the chicken coup for my refund. Two employees were behind the counter but did not acknowledge me. A third employee walked in the front door a few minutes later and asked if I've ordered. I tell her I called last Friday and am here for a refund. She tells me she'll get the manager. She goes and talks to the girl behind the counter who did not acknowledge me. She responds, "I know who she is." So apparently she recognizes me and knows why I am there but decided not to acknowledge me when she first saw me. She comes to the register and starts looking up my order but no acknowledgement still. After a few minutes she completes the refund and again gives a halfhearted sorry about that before walking away.

This place might be home of the best chicken sandwich ever made. I tried this restaurant out for the very first time today and was not disappointed. All the fresh ingredients you need in a sandwich without sacrificing the great taste. Well worth the price. Just order ahead of time because it can get crowded around lunch time. Well done!

Amazing service and great vegan and gluten free options! I will definitely go again when I'm back in San Francisco.

Came here for lunch and it was pretty tasty. The chicken was juicy and crunchy and worked well with the sauce (I wouldn't have minded if there was extra sauce!) - which was spicy bbq or something. Overall, it was enjoyable. The sandwich was like $8 or 9? I think their chicken tenders were like $8 for 3 pieces, so... lol. Kinda expensive, but that's what you get at the Rincon center!

This place is overpriced even by SF standards.

First day was good, fresh ingredients and great flavor. I asked for two eggs and grilled chicken with slaw. Second day I ordered the same and trusted the girl who took my order cause she said she remember me. It was close but I ended up with a burrito instead. Great flavor tho. P.S. Following keto
