I found this mom and pop shop on Geary in the Tenderloin today. I was walking by and saw pictures outside. It's a diner with Chinese food. The menu is so neat with some Chinese chop suey and hamburgers, steak, sandwiches, and more. It's really fun! I got fried rice with chicken and two egg rolls with a Coca Cola. It's minimalist chop suey and many fun menu items with diner food. Really cute Asian couple runs it. Must try for kitsch.

20% tip is what you need to know right up front. Sure they are nice to the mentally ill in the area but you are the one paying for it. Food is only worth 1 star. DO NOT order the onion ring.

Very good bacon cheeseburger for a fair price! Went during Covid so had to do takeout, but service was fast and friendly. Will go back again!

No stars. It's by far the "perfect burger" the patty was taken out a packaged plastic bag. The burger had no taste whatsoever. Plain and tasteless the fries were also tasteless not even a grain of salt on the food. Do not eat here it's not the perfect or original burger.

This place is fu&~ amazing!!! A very very tasty place to eat...twice in one day eating at the same spot is saying a lot...don't sleep or walk past this place when you want great tasting food!!!

I came here for breakfast and the whole feel of place and food felt so genuine that I was never this happy to actually write a review. Me and my sister were greeted and the owners were so friendly. The food was great and made freshly from scratch. I was surprised to see that the orange juice was freshly squeezed and I got fresh cracked eggs.

How does this place get 4* in trip advisor?! I agree with a previous reviewer that the lady owner/server is pleasant but the food is awful. The hamburger is distinctly average and the Chinese Mongolian Beef is the worst I've ever tasted: beef, rice, a few veggies and some soy sauce all stirred together. Literally, across the road is an excellent Korean restaurant so cross-over and get something decent to eat there. At the end of the meal, there was an appeal for cash payment and an automatic tip added ... both practices that don't sit right. Not going back, ever.

True definition of a mom & pop shop. This burger joint is a place where you can get a burger for as low as $5! I ordered a double cheese burger with bacon and it was $8. Food is relatively good and standard, they've been around since 1988 and the decor definitely shows! They are really nice people, but there might be an element of upselling that I noticed. Regardless, a good place to support!

Spent the week at the hotel across the street. Was looking for a place for a quick bit to eat since the hotel didn't have a restaurant. Found this across the street and it was great. It was a slow night and I had the undivided attention of who I assume was the owner and his wife.Great people and great burger.
