The food was good, the place was clean but the service and was blah. We ordered the chicken sandwich, fries, mochi waffle and chicken. The mochi waffle was way too sweet. The chicken sandwich was really good though.

I'd call this Taiwanese inspired cuisine. We went for late Saturday brunch and there was no wait. They have a back patio for outdoor seating as well. The waitstaff are attentive. I didn't have to ask for water when the pitcher was running low. We had the fan tuan, xi fan (rice porridge), spicy chicken sandwich, and mochi waffle. The fan Tuan was wrapped a little too loosely but the flavors were decent. The xi fan was pretty true to what I grew up with but for $12 I thought the portion a little small. The soft boiled egg it came with was perfect. Mochi waffle was great too. Lighter than other mochi waffles I've had in a good way. I personally didn't love the Szechuan peppercorns in the syrup but that's just personal preference. The spicy chicken sandwich had a good sized piece of fried chicken in it. The spicy fish sauce it came with paired well with the fried chicken. Highly recommend this dish. I'll definitely come back to try other things but the prices were a tad high for me to come regularly.

Food was great. Surprising at this point that front of house were still not in a groove. Back of house seemed equally as inefficient. They were clearly out of the pineapple cake and instead of telling us, they cobbled together something that should not have been served. If they had made any other choice instead of trying to throw together a dessert (after half an hour) that they should not have served, we probably would go back.

Very happy to see a new, woman owned, small business pop up! The menu items - Asian inspired cocktails and small bites - are new to the neighborhood, so it's nice to have more options. A+ The food is really delicious! We ordered the popcorn tofu, popcorn chicken, scallion pancake, sesame noodles and cucumber salad. All of the flavors and sauces were excellent! Everything is perfectly seasoned, and I'm just going to say it: awesome sauce! The portions are good - neither small, nor large. I have not tried their cocktails because I am not a big cocktail person and they seemed pricey. They have a French and a Georgian red, both good! A+ The space is big and open, with high ceilings, but the tables are a bit small for ordering several small plates. I wish they would put a fake fire in the fireplace (or fake candles?). A I'm never a fan of the QR code ordering. Table service is important when you want to ask a question, and pulling out a phone with friends or in front of your kids is just no good. To me, it is always nicer (stranger, funnier, worse, interesting, serendipitous, and so on) to have the human experience. Service seemed a bit in-the-works, but mostly friendly. C

We had a blast here! The ambiance is dark and stormy-like, feels hip. The service is phenomenal- our waitress is so friendly and attentive! Her recommendation on drinks were spot on and we enjoyed all of the creative drinks entirely! The food - everything was as great as the pictures! I am definitely coming back! What a great add to the neighborhood!

Honestly I had very high hopes for this place but was let down by my experience here. My boyfriend and I were looking for a place that served nice cocktails and some good bar food to go with it. Their cocktail list looked very promising and the ambiance in the restaurant was also very impressive. However we were not impressed by the drinks we ordered since the whiskey-based cocktail just tasted like watered down whiskey. The food was also just as disappointing since the peanut sesame noodles tasted super watered down and way too much ginger, there was barely any sesame or peanut flavor. The scallion pancakes were very average and overcooked, no scallion flavor and the sauce also had too much ginger in it. Chicken sandwich was okay the spicy sauce was good with it but it wasn't the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Popcorn chicken was also extremely dry and tough to chew. I would have given them another star but the service here was basically nonexistent. I get it, it's a cocktail bar, but I've been to a lot of cocktail bars that had amazing service. I'm usually a huge fan of fusion food, and being part Taiwanese I was super excited for this spot but I wasn't impressed by anything about this place.

Cute vibes great food and drink! Check out their happy hour menu. The music wasn’t too loud, we could hear each other talk. Pork belly boa and popcorn chicken were both amazing.

Fun drinks and boba food vibes! Smash burger was the best, add fried egg, maybe the pork belly too. Why not? Spicy fried chicken sando, must dip with the hot vinegar. The baos and fries were just okay.

New addition to SF bar/dining scene in the Mission district. The room is cozy yet not cramped. I hear they will have a small patio as the weather warms. The bar is beautiful with a great selection of spirits leaning into Asian whiskies and their cocktail program is super creative with so many choices - one of the many reasons to come back! The food is a nice mix of apps, small plates mostly Asian inspired. I tried a number of dishes and all were really good - and there seems to be more being added to menu. I also saw they've started brunch. Service is smooth, knowledgeable and friendly - they know their drinks and food menu very well and are very good at making suggestions without being intrusive. I'm looking forward to my next visit - more dishes and more drinks to try!

100/10 for this place!Ordered the fries, peanut noodles, pork bao, burger and all the desserts. Everything was delicious, I would have ordered more if I wasn’t stuffed already? The staff(s) are very friendly. They brought me a glass of water while i was waiting for a table, such small gestures sometimes makes your day.

This place is delicious! My family came here on a whim and loved it. The food is truly delicious. We all shared the scallion pancakes, a smash burger, and tofu bao buns. It was one of those meals where you can't decide which thing to eat next because it was all so delicious. The service was lovely and the drinks really good. New favorite neighborhood spot!

We brought a group of friends here, in lieu of the previous business Old Devil Moon, and had a delightful time! It is definitely a different vibe - a full service restaurant and bar with impeccably mannered and sweet waitstaff, much more well lit and less kitschy. The food plates are small but scrumptious, the bar has a drastically expanded variety from the prior menu including natural and orange wine and some delicious nonalcoholic cocktails. Can't wait to come back with friends. So glad to have them in the hood.
