This is seriously beautiful to look at and very yummy! It is their crispy taco chicken salad - salad and beans sitting right on top of the crispy taco. If you are near the Ferry Building or in the financial district, worth a visit!!

Fresh food and very friendly service. I find this is one of the better value spots in the area.

I got a salad with grilled veggies & guacamole that was really good. I can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but I cannot emphasize enough how nice and accommodating the folks here are. They go above and beyond to make sure customers have a positive experience which makes me want to come back again and again.

The food court where the place located is quite nice and new. It can get crowded so make sure you check the time before heading down. I didn't like the service provided here even if it's a take out only place. They don't have all the food option ready for the peak time aka lunch during weekday for office worker. For today, they didn't have fajitas for my coworker's dietary restriction. They cannot communicate to the customer. I tried to explain that my order is missing ingredients listed in the menu, but they did not understand at all. They even tried to charge me more even. My burrito looked very sad. The salsa stood out to be as it offers a unique taste that I haven't tried before. Chips were quite stale. For the price and the quality/quantity of food that I got, I would say that I rather go to another store instead... maybe it's just one bad/unprepared day for the store. It was my first time and it kinda ruined it for me unfortunately. If you are looking for something fast and convenient and fast, then yes this place will do.

The al pastor burrito didn't even taste like al pastor, tasted like old ground beef. Nothing about the burrito was fresh. The rice, beans, meat all tasted old like they've been sitting around a few days. Finished half, threw the rest out. Salsa verde was watery, chips portion was really stingy. For just over $14, you can do way better in downtown for lunch. Would I eat here again? Absolutely not!

Located in the plates cafeteria at 1 market street. It's similar to Chipotle with how you order but the flavors are much more authentic. Great place for a quick lunch!

Inside the One Market cafeteria. Jam packed during lunch prior to covid. They have gigantic meat lovers burrito with plenty of guacamole and cheese, plus you can grab a side of free chips and salsa.

** The following review reflects my dining experience prior to the shelter-in-place order currently in effect. ** I'm not sure how food courts like Plates at One Market Plaza will operate in a post-COVID-19 world. Maybe they won't and the concept will go the way of drive-up restaurants, which seems ripe for comebacks given they lend themselves naturally to safe distancing. At least they made a Four-Foot Burrito when I was here, so they could add two feet to meet minimum safety requirements while causing excessive indigestion. But I've gotta believe the open Chips and Salsa bar will be a thing of the past despite how much we all love bottomless chips and salsa (photo: I ended up ordering the $11.89 Margarita Salad with Chicken which was chock full of the requisite ingredients - pinto beans, romaine lettuce, red and green cabbage, jicama, radish, carrot, Mexican cheese, and yes, grilled chicken bits - and it was quite a pile, just not that fresh-tasting even though the execution was speedy (photo: Perhaps Una Mas will have a chance to rethink the execution in a world where quality can come before speed. I hope so because I think they've got (or at least had) the raw materials and solid staff to make it happen. FOOD - 3 stars...kitchen sink salad not quite up to snuff AMBIANCE - 2.5 stars...that food court got awfully crowded during our more innocent days SERVICE - 3.5 stars...they worked pretty hard behind the counter TOTAL - 3 stars...fast Mexican food due for a rethink RELATED - Hungry on the Embarcadero? Came here the other day after placing an order for lunch through the Ritual app. To Una Mas's credit, it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The cashier behind the counter was pretty friendly, and even made sure to hand me a cup for the salsa afterwards. Unfortunately, this was the highlight of my experience here. Ordered a California style Burrito Bowl, containing barbacoa, cheese, black beans, and guacamole. The highlight of the bowl was the small side of guac inside. Otherwise the bowl itself was sloppily put together, lackluster in taste, and overall quite underwhelming. The salsa available at the bar was not fresh, and the complimentary chips were quite stale. I get this is a food court joint, but with all the dining options available near by, I'm giving Una Mas a hard pass!

Pretty decently-priced food within this area. The burrito came out to $12. I ordered the chicken burrito which came with rice, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, grilled red onions, and guacamole. The burrito was pretty decent! There are also bags of tortilla chips that are at the side. Honestly, you can probably grab as much as you want. The chips were sitting out for a while so it was cold and semi-hard. There is also a salsa bar, which has mild/spicy salsa and pico de gallo to load up on.

One of my favorite locations for Mexican food. Visited near twelve, it was not full. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. The bill was reasonable. Mood here reminds me of San Diego's scene.
