An institution in the SF pizza world . The cheese is very unique-whatever the source is these round circles have a slight sheep's milk tint . Then there is the tomato backdrop which is a curtain of delicious has to be homemade. Great crust . And excellent service efficient and accommodating. The in house dining facility is very good for dates . Good atmosphere and old school respect!!!

I used to enjoy Victors in the 80's & 90's ... fast forward 2024.... And I'm approaching 65 ... wow time flies ... my waistline, hairline etc all went south yet Victors is still Incredible ...had to kill some time in the city so I treated myself to a small vegetarian pizza extra crispy and a glass .. ok two glasses of red wine ... wow .. pizza and service top Notch as always ... as I enjoyed a great pizza the memories came flooding back ... lovely ... rich and soulful ... one of the benefits to being older .... Victor's deserves their very strong yelp rating ...

We are originally from the east coast and, of course, feel like we know pizza. That being said, we were very pleased with our experience. It wasn’t the best pizza we ever ate but it did check all the right boxes.We called ahead and placed our order with no issues. No recorded messages just a person answering the phone and taking orders. When we arrived we were not shocked by the atmosphere-dim lights, tables filled with pizza boxes, a few guys making orders.The pizza was great-the salad was better than most pizza places. Overall, would definitely recommend.

This was our first food stop in SFO. We stopped to order a pizza to take back to our hotel for dinner and we’re very pleased with the whole experience. We really enjoyed our pizza and the service we received! Staff was very friendly. The pizza was ready quickly, very hot and tasted great!

Went here for a quick lunch on our trip to SF! Victor's was on the same block as our Hotel and the food and service was amazing!!! We got a salad, pizza and lasagna and it was all tasty and the gentleman who helped us was so friendly!

pizza by slice- customer service is miserable. They don't seem to like serving just one slice. You can't eat there and they give you the pizza in a partially covered bag.

Tried this place since it was around the corner from the hotel. Called in the order and took about 15min but was ready when we arrived. No indoor seating and you pay/place your order from the street/at the door. Pizza was a little soggy on the bottom, possibly from it sitting in the box but had good flavor. The gnocchi pesto had good flavor and was a rather large serving and came with a piece of bread. Minestrone soup came with the pasta and was alright but the noodles were a bit overdone/mushy.

I have walked by Victor's a couple of times and it always smells SO good. There are so many great local pizzas spots so we were hesitant to take a risk and order from a new spot but I finally gave in and ordered delivery - wings, one calzone and one pepperoni pizza. I have to say I was incredibly disappointed by the quality of the pizza. The pizza tasted like the quality you would expect from a bowling alley or Chuck E Cheese and the calzone (pictured below) was much more like a square pizza than a calzone. It did not even seem that the pizza was folded in half. Out of everything the wings were my favorite - crispy and came with two different sauces. Unfortunately I do not think I will order this pizza again.
