Great red curry here. I'm not sure if you're just been closed when I've been calling or if you're shutting down until after the pandemic, but please come back!

Unreliable hours, I'm tired of constantly showing up when they're posted as open and they're closed. I showed up during opening hours and staff was eating and purposely ignoring any phone calls. Decent pad thai too. It's unfortunate because I love supporting local businesses and have been a loyal and consistent costumer, sadly I will no longer be ordering from here due to their apathy. I would recommend consistency and professionalism on their behalf.

The BEST Thai restaurant in San Francisco! The people are always friendly. My to go restaurant for Thai food.

Ownership has changed 3 times in 3 years. Poor customer service. Food can be a hit or a complete miss. The first 2 owners employed an exceptional chef that made great Thai food. The new owners don't seem to really put an emphasis on the quality and taste of their dishes. They even close the establishment without putting out a sign on the front door to remind patrons that they are closed for the day. It only seems that they are completely concerned about online pickup and delivery. There is zero understanding of building a true customer base in the neighborhood. This place was a great neighborhood Thai restaurant when it was "April Nine" and had the old owner and chef. It seems like they are on their way out. It's closed again on Saturday and Sunday night with zero notice.

Ordered from Grub Hub for pick up, (waited over an hour), I showed up and the owners were eating inside. They waved their hand and said they were closed! I tried to explain, but they just turned away even after I kept knocking. Food is good, great chef (young man)... however every time I’ve gone I have received horrible customer service. Definitely the last time I order from here!

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are yummy and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we have a gorgeous time. highly recommended.

Driving around outer SF, you'll come across a nice Thai restaurant that is perfect for friends, and a friendly ambiance. Be sure to stop by and you will certainly enjoy the selection small yet good comfort food.

It is very near my place so I always go there. The food is quite Americanized. It is not authentic-as I would like it to be .. Basic Thai food in the menu. Good portion size. It is busy because of the students from the university. The servers are very polite and service is food.

Green curry is good, otherwise this is probably the worst Thai food I've had. Soup was very bland, tasted like boxed regular broth with noodles and unseasoned chicken. Pad Thai was awful, had a flavor imbalance. Tasted mostly like vinegar and lacked tangy and sweet. Spring rolls meh, quality of lettuce questionable. Dry. Chicken satay was pretty flavorless but at least it wasn't dry. Won't be back.

I always stop getting some food here. I like the speedy service and well made dishes. Never disappointing.

We went for our first time on a weekday and we were happy with service and the delicious food. I was hesitating of going there since the area is not well known to go for dinning but I was surprised and satisfied overall. Highly recommended.

Great! I dont understand the poor reviews. My pad thai and spicy fried rice were delicious. Im particularly impressed with the spicy fried rice - its got bell peppers, green beans and ample spicy kick, but it was also buttery. I will order from here again. I ordered delivery through grubhub, my food was still hot when it got to me.

Ordered this through Postmates. I got the shrimp rolls and the pad see ew. Shrimp rolls were okay! Not sure that they're worth almost $9 though. Pad see ew with chicken was delicious! The noodles were soft and warm and there was plenty of chicken! However, there really should have been a lot more vegetables present in this dish. There was literally one broccoli in the entire order. And like two carrots. So, that was disappointing. I would try this place again, but I'd probably choose something else. I guess we'll pad seeeee ew. Did that land?

Last night I was in the mood to try a new thai restaurant and this place was recommended on Postmates, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I ordered the chicken pad see ew and red curry, and was extremely disappointed to find out that it did NOT COME WITH RICE. Curry but nothing on which to put the curry? Curry needs a friend and without a friend, what do you do with curry? I settled for making my own rice. Besides that tragedy, the pad see ew was good, just a bit gooey, but I can get past that. If I were able to get rice with my curry next time, I'd probably be back.
