I ordered the pork chow mein and potstickers to go. The prices has gone up significantly but I get it, inflation and west portal area isn’t the cheapest. The pork chow mein use to have more flavor but at least the texture of the noodles mixed with the veggies and meat was good decent amount of veggies and meat and has a slight “wok hay” aroma (3/5)The potstickers use to be cooked perfectly crispy on the outside but this time was not the case, some of the potstickers were a little bit charred and burnt on the bottom, the wrapper is really thick and the filling did not have much flavor. (2/5)

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant! The ingredients are all high quality & fresh. New specials and faves always deliver, like:dried asparagus, lemon pepper prawns, potstickers, shrimp & chive dumplings, sizzling rice soup & delicious teas. The staff is always very attentive, when dining in the restaurant & takeout.

Wonderful local chinese food in Northern Mandarin style. Reliable, delicious and terrific service. It’s our go to chinese place. A cut above.

This place is not authentic at all. The xiao long bao is the size of a full baozi! The wonton and the xiao long bao taste the same! The xiao long bao is dry as desert and it tastes very weird! The house wontons are fried and served with MUSTARD!!! They offer WHITE damn vinegar instead of rice vinegar in a Chinese restaurant! The wonton soup is too plain! The pork belly wasn’t even marinated and the kung pao chicken was something irrelevant! The service was not very pleasant as well! It felt that everything is rushed even if the place is mostly empty! The servants were pushy!

I liked this spot. They had good tasty food. The won ton soup was excellent. I had the shrimp with lobster sauce- good; my friend had the moo shoe- he said it was very good.

The dried fried chicken and potstickers were on point and the hot and sour soup is nice and peppery just the way I like it. I just wish the quantity of protein in their entrees was more substantial for the price.

Really bad and inauthentic Chinese food. The xiao long bao we’re ginormous and had no soup in them because they cook it until it pops and leaks out. The Mongolian beef, chow mein, spicy shrimp barely had any flavor. Felt like something you’d find in a random city.

Have been ordering food for delivery for years. Class act restaurant and consistently very good food.

Ordered veggie potsrickers, wontons and claypot with prawns and tofu. The wonton barely had any filing and tasted like crispy bread. The potsrickers had very thick wrapper and tasted rubbery, their filing was mostly cabbage and bland. The main dish, claypot, was extremely bland and tastes like boiled shrimp. The service is great and the waiters are very friendly.

Tan tan noodle was just way too sweet. Need to add the savory element to it or it's just not good at all and I was deceived by its picture. You can totally add some 榨菜 to spice things up cuz right now it's like eating noodle in corn syrup. I only ate it because I was too hungry and out of time. Dried fried chicken was not bad though.

In the West Portal area this is our go to Chinese restaurant - the premises are modern and clean (important to us) - we usually order Won Ton soup and some various versions of sweet and sour dinners - the staff of Josh, Nick and Daniel are very friendly and fast (also important) - we will go back and so should you /

Been coming for over 10 years, we order take out at least once a month, and we used to love it, but the quality has dropped tremendously. The food has become absolutely tasteless. Everything from the potstickers, soup, lamb, etc has become bland with increased prices and smaller portions. Maybe they have new owners or their chef left. Too bad as this used to be fabulous.

Popped in on 6/17/22 eager to try this place . We started the "xiao loong bow" dumplings. They were so big I thought they might've done that on purpose just to watch us struggle to eat them lol. Great filling too. We also had the Mandarin Beef and Xia Loong Spicy Chili prawns. The beef was tender and the sauce was soicy with a hint of sweetness. The prawns were perfectly cooked, huge, and in a spicy red sauce that also had a hint of sweetness; albeit different than the beef. The service was top notch too. Come check it out!
