I went for lunch, and my experience wasn't all that great for the 4.3 star ratings this place has. Probably the night before it was busy but all the tables were dirty. When I asked the server (old man) to please clean the table, he first looked at the table from different angles and then grabbed the towel. The sushi wasn't all that tasty, and the rolls were on the thin side. Nobody came to ask if everything was good or ok with my food. So I was left on my own if I wanted to order something else. They had several people that were coming to pick up food ordered, and even some people left upset that they had to wait despite putting their order ahead of time. Definitely won't come back.

I am truly disappointed in the quality of the food for the cost. 2 rolls and a Coca-Cola for almost $50.00. Now, I do not mind paying for decent food at all! But when you use imitation crab and charge like its real crab is a problem. Staff is always friendly but clearly doesn't care about the appearance of a clean place. Will not be going back for a 3rd attempt at decent food.

Absolutely terrible food quality for the price. I ordered the bento box special with shio saba, salmon, and tempura mix, and the portions and quality of both fish were disappointing. Salmon was dry and flavorless, and the saba was equally so. The tempura was greasy and the oil smelled very oxidized. There was only one tiny shrimp tempura, rest were all vegetables. The rice was cooked poorly, the grains were smashed and mushy. The miso soup was flavorless, had barely any flavor of dashi. If this was $12, I may have not been this disappointed. At $25+, the portion and quality was abysmal. The bentos you can get for $5 at Japanese konbini are way better. I recommend looking else where if you want decent Japanese food.

There were some good rolls but overall I'm disappointed. Their portions are substantial and their prices are decent for the city however the quality was lower than expected. In the menu, the crunchy roll's description is as follows "Deep fried fish roll (Spicy)". When the food arrived, everything looked good except for the crunchy roll. The meat inside was brown and resembled ground beef or fish patty. As a former sushi chef I hadn't seen something like that advertised as a Crunchy roll before so I called the restaurant to ask what was inside and I was told that the filling was "all the fish". Yikes.
