By 7pm, theyre always out of boba, when questioned, the two girls who work there claim theyre about to close so they dont make anymore. Last i saw, the closing hour was 8pm.. bunch of lazy employees, smh

The drinks so good but the costumer services they are lazy and don't know which is your order and I'm waiting for more than ten minutes. Don't go early people working in the morning they don't care your order and pretending didn't see you standing there and waiting your order.

Recently had the opportunity to revisit. Amy patiently addressed my questions and was very kind. I learned that taro paste contains sugar, contrary to my belief that Zero focuses on no sugar. Personally, I value authenticity over sweetness. I may not have taro drinks in the future and will be more mindful of other beverage choices.

I was shopping around and was looking for a quick snack or drink. Zero& looked niche and I was interested in their drinks, specifically Baby Peach because I love peach-flavored things. I chose cane sugar at regular sweetness and it was perfectly, not overly, sweet. The consistency was slushy-like and the peach flavor was strong with peach bits mixed in. It was like I was actually eating a whole blended peach. Even on a cold day, this was so refreshing and tasty! Service was quick and their other drinks look very promising.

Tried Zero& for the first time near the food court and ordered the Baby Peach with crystal boba on the app. Not sure if they were short staffed, but I had to wait at least 15 min. The drink was good but it wasn't as refreshing/sweet as I thought it was going to be, maybe because I chose less sweet? I did like the boba because was very chewy and wasn't too hard. Can't believe boba drinks are almost $7 now?!

The drinks came out okay overall, but the wait was really long. Some people couldn't work with the ordering tablet and were having trouble. They asked for help, but didn't get any and left agitated. If you're coming here, just be prepared to wait a bit.

I love the Zero& at Hayes Valley and wanted to give the one at the mall a try. I ordered a Baby Peach less sweet with boba. The drink was basically slightly peach flavored ice chunks and the boba was so hard that I couldn't chew it. For a $7 drink, I was shocked that the quality was completely different from their Hayes valley location.

I love the coconut smoothie drink and the coco mango one as well. The coconut drink has nice jello-y chunks of coconut flesh. As a mango connoisseur I love that they use champagne mangos. They have a unique texture and creaminess that is superb. Both drinks can be sweetened with monk fruit.I'm confused at the low-ish score and lot of these low reviews, as these fruit smoothie drinks are both unique and excellent. People are complaining they have to order with an ipad? Or that they don't like their ham and egg croissant? Why are you people going to a boba place to talk to employees and eat ham. They have a #1 and a #2 most popular drink highlighted at the top of their menu. Maybe try picking one of those and finding your own friends to talk to
