One last meal before they move

I ordered a to go and got a severe stomachache. It was not worth the call and drive to pick up the order. I think it may be the raw egg in the soup, it seemed that they just dropped it in the soup without cooking it. I tried scooping the egg out of the food but still after finishing my meal I am crouching and lying all night having bad stomache pain, unable to rest. It’s horrible I’ve never had this stomach pain just from eating. The lady who picked up the phone also sounded like wanting to hang up the phone every second, took a lot of patience to order. I will never return again.

Not sure why the first floor had no table. You order your food at first floor then go up to second floor. First floor was cool and nice, a great temperature for eating hotpot. When we got to second floor, the temperature was so hot and humid. It wasn’t very comfortable eating hotpot with this temperature since we were all sweating. We told the waiter and he told us that he couldn’t do anything about it, and he suggested us to drink water instead lol. It was too hot that all of us couldn’t finish our food, but the food was okay.

Food taste fine, it’s the same tasty soup base. But by gods the attitude of the female workers of this location. I am a women myself and I have never felt as defeated and degraded as I did trying to order and eat from this restaurant location. Save yourselves from the emotional tsunami and eat at another boiling point location.

Food is good but Boiling Point need to hire better staff or actually train people with good customer service. The front desk lady who orders your food are always rude to the customers. This happens every time because we are returning customers. It’s sad to me how Boiling Point has declined over the years. Their business used to be bustling but now there’s barely any tables.+ good food- bad vibes from front desk lady

Everything was so good especially the beef broth with medium spice. Fair price and lots of parking lots.

This is the WORST boiling point I've ever been to. First time I tried this hotpot chain in Seattle and I was mind blown at how good it was. This location is a knockoff off brand version. The broth had little to no flavor, the amount of food they put in was skimpy, and the sauce containers on the table were all empty and sticky.

Bad attitude, dining area smells bad, food was horrible. This location has nothing similar than the other locations. We had a great experience before in Pasadena, have no idea how can they be so different. The food looks really bad and you can tell they’re trying to cut to cost. Feel sorry for the brand.

Have been coming here for a long time however today service was really not great. When we first arrived, there was no one in line. After we signed in on the iPad, we placed our order at the counter prior to going upstairs. It was rather rushed as we didn’t have a chance to go through the menu (online via QR code). Once we got our order, had to constantly flag down our server for service. The beef was also chewy and not tender as before. I ordered mild and it was plenty spicy. ??️

If you're looking for a hotpot experience that is both satisfying and convenient, then Boiling Point in San Gabriel Valley is the place for you. This popular hotpot chain is known for its flavorful broths and fresh ingredients, making it the perfect spot for a cozy and delicious meal. With ample parking, its a convenient place to dine.As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you're greeted with the warm aroma of spicy broths and simmering hotpots. The dining space is located up the flight of stairs. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax with friends and family. The restaurant is always bustling with activity, which only adds to the energetic and lively atmosphere. The menu is extensive and offers a variety of broths to guarantee a flavor for everyone. I frequent the Taiwanese Spicy, which is a perfect balance of spicy and savory, and it's sure to warm you up on a cold day. I love pairing it with one of their teas, which helps to balance out the spice and adds an extra layer of flavor. One of the best things about Boiling Point is the convenience. You don't have to worry about cooking or preparing anything - just sit back, relax, and let the restaurant do all the work for you. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they'll make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your hotpot. I tend to request the staff to extinguish the fire so I can enjoy my meal with more leisure. In conclusion, if you're looking for a hotpot experience that is both delicious and convenient, look no further than Boiling Point in SGV. The restaurant is a staple for when you want to enjoy a hotpot meal without the fuss of cooking. Whether you're looking to warm up on a cold day or simply treat yourself to a delicious meal, Boiling Point is a great option to have in your arsenal.

This place and shopping center get busy. There’s two floors of underground parking.Be mindful of what you order here. We didn’t read it carefully and ended up with really pungent fermented tofu. Otherwise, the food was good.We bought a few drinks from the boba spot across the way and by the time our drinks were ready so was our table at BP. One of the servers told us no outside drinks are allowed. She even gave us plastic bags to put them in. Too bad because some in our party even ordered drinks from BP. Really depends who sees you. Sometimes they don’t get upset about this.

The service at reception was not ideal. After a wait of one hour, we found a table where the service was great.Vegetarian options: There's one vegetarian hot pot option.

The soup is sooo good. The broth is seasoned to perfection and so is the spice level. The different spices and oil that you mix takes iito the next level. must stop.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian soup.

Order lamb, house special and garlic pork. Delicious. Open 11am to 11pm.

I got the pork belly in mild with the side of rice. The soup stays lit while you eat so your soup is going to get very hot. I had the fire turned off so I can enjoy my meal since the temperature was burning my tongue. The broth was good. Boiling point is like ramen but with a completely different twist to it. Their soups are loaded so make sure you come with an appetite. You order on the first floor and dine in/pay on the defund floor. Nice atmosphere and attentive staff. Rating it a 3.5 for my taste.
