Everyone came after for their cold dishes before us. Place is small so large party will not be good for get together

Idk why but yelp shows they suppose to closed at 9:00pm. I come in at 6:58pm and ask for buying the sliced beef for hot pot. The server didn't even look at me and keep counting her cash, told me they closed. They says they closed at 7:00pm, but it's not even the closing time yet. I'm not asking for a dine in, it's just a quick to go. Their food is okay, but they don't provide any service.

Quiet and cool fan blowing. It was not as good as I remember it to be. I came here about 5yrs ago and the service wasn't as good but the important thing which is the noodles, was better back then. This time the service was pleasant, but the noodles were not good, mainly the beef was old and had an off taste. I was scared to finish.

It seemed that it was disturbing the closing time of a middle-aged female waiter. As soon as we were seated, she urged us to order. I said that our friends hadn't arrived yet and would wait a moment. After waiting for a while, we were not given water. I asked if we could have a few glasses of water. She asked again, can you order food? Do we need to order food before we can be given water? This waiter didn't smile the whole time, and she looked like the most awesome person in the world. Even if she is the owner of this store, so what? In the catering service industry, such methods and attitudes are really unnecessary.As far as the food is concerned, it's a lackluster one.I won't be going to this store again and won't recommend it to anyone.

The old aunt acted like I owed money to her eighteen generations of ancestors and hadn't paid back. The beef brisket powder only tastes salty and the brisket is hard. I really want to burn incense to Hawaii if it doesn't go bankrupt.
