Decided to try this place out. It always looks busy (when I drive pass) I did read the bad reviews before hand and most of them are pretty negative. But decided to still give it a shot. Ordered A1 because I wasn't too sure about everything else that was on the menu, which is stuff that I've never tried or even introduced too. I'm new to This Area. Anyways the Soup was different but not in a bad way very citrusy, well served and the waitress wasn't rude she was pretty straight forward. I saw that a lot of people complained about her attitude. She was nice, the place gets busy and she's the only waitress, cashier etc, she's multitasking people. This place got pretty busy. The noodles were good but I've had better. The price was decent. Not fully convinced to come back but not bad idk. It's a 50/50.Before I forget I got the Melon water, Just get a Soda!

两字儿: 难吃; 仨字儿: 不好吃; 四个字儿: 很不好吃. The noodle and other dishes taste really bad, 100% not coming back to this place.

Tried the conch rice noodle and ultimate noodle. Also got a plate of tofu strips, chicken gizzard and pork skin. The side dish was good but a bit too spicy for me. The majority of their side dishes are spicy. The ultimate noodle was good. Had good flavor. Wasn't soupy, it's more like a dry noodle. I liked it but it didn't blow me away. The conch rice noodle had a very tasty umami broth. The noodles has a nice chewy texture and its a little wider than say a spaghetti noodle. The light noodle paired well with the heavier broth. I had heard this noodle is usually smelly because of the conch. I didn't find this noodle stinky. Maybe it's just this restaurant and it's my first time trying it so I don't have anything else to compare it to. I didn't finish the dish and took the rest home. The noodles held up well on a reheat in the microwave. Overall good tasting noodles at a reasonable price. Quick service.

I was coming here for almost everyday for lunch for about a year back in like 2016-2017. At first, they had a nice lady as a server because she was also older. She remembers my order cause I order the same thing every time I came here. The noodles here are pretty decent. I like to order the sour and spicy beef noodle soup. I love spicy and sour combine and the spicier the better. I love spicy food so much. If your a spicy food fanatic like I'm, the sour and spicy beef noodle soup is definitely a must try. I also love their appetizers duck eggs and pork intestines. I'm fully blown Asian, so I love eating certain types of organs in animals, haha! Fast track to maybe 2018-2019... TERRIBLE!!!! I came back here one day to eat and they have this new young server... she was so RUDE RUDE RUDE! This grandma and her grandchild was eating there. The grandma asked the server for help, and she started yelling at her. The grandma than actually came up to me and asked me "Do I have to give them tips?" Knowing what that server did, giving the grandma the bad eyes look and not wanting to help her out.. I told the grandma... if you don't think you want too... don't tip her. The server had such bad attitude! I wanted to smack her in the face. Like omg... the poor grandma and her grandchild... they were just trying to have a nice meal for the day... and you gotta yell at them? Fast forward, I didn't tip the server either. It seems like she was being mean to almost everyone. This place always seem to only have one person serving and one person cooking. I knocked down 1 star because of the change of services... bad service!! 1 star knocked down again for taking too long to take my order. Oh and taking way to long to bring me my water... it's water people... doesn't take a minute to fill up a cup. Another star knocked down because they need to basically hire better people. Also they need to do better in cleaning the place up too. They sometimes don't wipe the table until you sit down. That is gross and not hygienic. I don't want someone wiping the table when I'm getting myself comfortable to eat.... Sorry, but I won't be coming back. Other places can make Guilin noodles too, not just this place... Bye Felicia lol!!!

Just picked up a to go order. I added vegetables to my noodles and order a side of vegetables. The picture shows spinach but I got iceberg lettuce for both my noodles and my side of vegetables. And the lettuce was brown, looked rotten. Also, I ordered dry noodles by mistake so I asked for soup. They wanted $5 extra for soup. Won't be going back.

No frill restaurant specializes Gui Lin style noodles. Not very busy when we were there and service was quick. Mala flavored noodle was good and tasty. Quite big bowl of noodles for $10.

Been to 4 different locations of Guilin Noodle. I believe this is the newest one. Drove by one day and decided to come in to check this location out. I went for my usual, which is A1 House Hot & Sour Beef Rice Noodle Soup $9.99. It's not bad. Taste is similar across all the the Guilin Noodle Restaurants. This one is somewhere in between. It's decent, but not the best or the worst. Also got the Three Item (pick 3 of your choice) Cold Appetizer. Again, similar to other ones, but they have black fungus as an option. Taste is alright/fine. Drinks are slightly different. They don't have Iced Chrysanthemum Tea or Iced Herbal Tea at this location. Instead, they have more choices such as Thai Tea, Passion Fruit Slush, Boba Milk Tea, Watermelon Juice, etc. opted for a Jasmine Drink and it turned out to be a bottled Jasmine Green Tea. Seriously, if I've known, I would not have gotten it. Totally could have gone to the supermarket to purchase it for way cheaper. Anyways, service was so-so. The cashier was on her phone when I walked in and said, "Hello". No, not on the phone with a customer, but checking her phone and didn't acknowledge me. The older lady, whom I believe is the cook was more attentive. Overall, it was okay. The place looks clean and new...cuz well, it is fairly new, lol. Oh, I wouldn't recommend the Sun Moon Lake Tea Leaf Egg $1.25/ea. It was salty and no, it's not anything like Tea Leaf Egg from Sun Moon Lake. Even Taiwanese 7-11's Tea Leaf Egg tasted better than that. Parking. Parking at Hawaii Supermarket has always been tricky. The amount of traffic here (people & cars) is insane. Always difficult to find parking. Street parking is an option. It just depends on your luck. Bottomline: would still come back to this location or the one in Focus Plaza when I'm feeling ethic hot, soupy noodle.
