So sad that this place hasn't been open yet, I really miss their broth and dipping sauces.

The waitress who served me was honestly the nicest person I've ever met. She smiles when she talks and she gives you 100% of her attention. She made me feel extremely welcomed and the food here is absolutely delicious .

I love how you can pick whatever you like into you bowl and just eat whatever you like! And also, they didn’t charge the bowl to the total price, that’s something awesome. Tons of food options to choose from and all will be in one bowl as your own, after picking up the ingredients then go to cashier for the amount of price then pick how spicy you want, from non spicy to extra spicy, up to you, then all you need afis enjoy it. Parking lot is behind the building or street parking

Im so happy they have Konjac knots! Good for Keto diet. I went for zero spice & my husband with level 5 spice. It both tasted really good. It's not overly seasoned. The broth is so comforting to have. Will definitely come here often!

I ordered the food from this place thru Uber eat, I found the food I received quite disappointing, and I was shocked by the massive positive reviews on yelp. I ordered beef and lamb, but there are only a few pieces of meat, instant noodle is too soft, and the potato is even raw.... the whole soup only has spicy taste but nothing else. There's nothing that can be compared to the spicy pot I had in China. I don't understand how people drove an hour for this place, I don't think it's worth it. Regretted order this food. 真的好难吃别来

A nice place to go for hot pot noodles. You get to build your own bowl of hot pot noodles with the choices of food and/or ingredients they have available at their self service table. They have lots of vegetables, types of noodles, fish balls, fish, beef, etc, and even frog. Yes, an amphibian! Haha After you build your own bowl, take it to the counter to be weighed. Then the waitress gives you a number as she takes your build it yourself bowl to the back kitchen to be cooked. They'll also ask you how spicy you would like your noodles. On the scale of 1 to 5, with five being the most spicy, or no spice at all at a zero. Anyhow, me knowing how spicy Northern Chinese spice can be, I chose level one. Me being whimpy? Well, maybe... I like to taste my food, and having a numb tongue while eating hot and spicy is no bueno! At level 1, it already had a spicy kick. At levels 2 and 3 for me (from experience), my tongue is already numb. But ultimately, it depends on the person's tolerance level. It was a good experience having a meal there. My second time going to a build your own bowl of noodles place. My bowl came out to be around $12.00 which is fine. If you're famished, obviously your bowl will be larger and heavier, and of course more expensive. The waitresses there speaks limited English. But enough to get through. So for Mandarin speakers, your service will be much better. There's plenty of parking in the back parking lot. Or you may also park on the street. This noodles place is still quite new. It use to be another Shabu hot pot place that was there for a little while. This place is convenient, and not so busy. Perfect food for the winter.Convenient, simple, casual, plain, and a stress free environment to go grub.

So glad I found this place. I drove an hour for this and it was totally worth it in my opinion. Its my first time trying malatang and I was blown away with the flavors. The owner and all their workers are super friendly explaining everything to us. Its different than other hot pot restaurants, they don't have a menu, its do it your self. You pick everything in a bowl then they prepare the soup for you once you chose the spicy level. I always get medium but if your not familiar with Chinese numbing flavor I suggest you get mild. They offer yam noodle, and Keto friendly konjac noodle as well so I can definitely recommend it to all my keto friends. @koreanketofoodie

Place is clean Staff is welcoming and niceManager is very niceHot pot topping, lots of options, even frog legsHot pot base: only one base.. but you can choose level of spiciness. I would not go back to this place again. What's the point of hot pot if you can't choose your base???

(Translated by Google) The dishes are very good and the price is reasonable. The main reason is the soup or the bone soup. The taste is really delicious.(Original)菜品很好,价格也合理,主要是底汤还是骨头汤,那个味道真的很香
