ICI is my favorite fruit tea place in SGV! Their persimmon slushy is my fav! Sadly, it is a seasonal drink. The worker said it should be coming back toward the yearend. Their coconut mango drink is also good and a must-try. 10/10 recommend.

In an area thats saturated with boba drinks, you've got to be good to survive. This place didn't disappoint. Delicious tea flavor, correct consistency, and just the right amount of sweetness. We always get our drinks less sweet and less ice. We did so on these drinks and they were perfect. C1. Mango Passionfruit Iced Tea (5): Huge chunks of mango! Ice tea was very flavorful without being too sweet (we ordered it less sweet). really good if you like nice mango chunks. Regular Milk Tea with boba (5): Really good consistency and balance with good tea flavor. Boba was cooked properly. Chewy and not mushy or hard. Good BMT. Considering there's the michelin rated boba joint in the same complex that always has a line out the door, this place is an excellent alternative. I'd almost prefer it actually. Get your drink on!

Right when you walk in, the spot is super clean and cute. We got regular size for the drinks, but they upgraded the cup to large for the strawberry drink because of the topping. They were super nice and sweet. Definitely will come back! Wanted to try their persimmons drink m, but sadly it is out of season.

The mango and avocado drinks are superb, with generous servings of fresh fruit and jelly. The shop took over the location that had been The Alley and has two self order kiosks and helpful staff if modifications are needed. Drinks are made quickly and ICI is a great alternative to the very prominent milk tea location in the same plaza, with a significantly shorter wait if you're feeling like having a fruit tea or smoothie rather than milk tea and mousse or taro.

Does anyone know the difference in ingredients for G1, S1, and S2? I got G1 thinking it would taste like Hui Lau San's mango coconut sago, but it was very different (yummy! But different) I would return again. Service was great, too!

Got the kumquat te, it was refreshing and tasty. i would recommend owner to slice the peels instead of giving it in chunks. Would come back again for other drinks

This spot is so cute but besides the aesthetic the drinks are amazing. My friend ordered their fruit teas and they do not skimp on adding fruit bits in the drinks. When I try different boba spots I stick to the simple boba milk tea cause I like to play it safe. If their boba milk teas are good then I experiment and order something different. Let me tell you I love their BMT. Boba is so chewy. The tea flavor definitely shines. I'm all about more tea than milk in a BMT. It's a hit here, will definitely come back and add this spot to my boba rotation.

Located in the same plaza as Chi Cha San Chen, this place, while feeling overshadowed, is superior. I arrived around 7PM on a Saturday and there was a decent line, but nowhere as long as Chi Cha's. The decor is reminiscent of a typical boba shop found in China, with even the smells being similar. They seem to specialize in fruit teas with an extensive menu, and only have a few milk tea options. I ordered a Jumbo fruit tea with 70% sugar. It retained a strong tea taste and perfect sweetness. Since it came with 4 watermelon chunks, they give you a fork to eat it. It had some jelly in it, and the mango bits I added really complimented the drink. They use fresh fruit and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. If you've ever had the jumbo fruit tea from Coco in China, it's pretty much the same thing. Overall, just a really solid place. Definitely better wait times and value then Chi Cha.

Parking: It’s in a plaza so depending on how busy it is, it may be difficult to find parking.

Newly opened tea store in SGV, took over the old Alley spot. To have a tea store in this area you need to have good drinks and be different. These guys definitely meet that criteria with a fresh menu that is not something that you can get at any of the other 30+ tea stores on Valley. Fresh fruit teas with strong tea flavor and good prices.Friendly staff and quick service. Recommend

Super light and refreshing fruit teas that I would happily opt for over Chicha across the lot. I got their persimmon orange tea with tea jelly and they used chunks of real fruit. The drink came out beautiful as well! They are totally overshadowed by the huge long Chicha line while I was able to very comfortably order, receive, and finish my drink before where I would have been if I had waited for Chicha even moved half way.

The drinks were water down and looks nothing like this photos as advertised . I ordered mango drink and fruit tea and both are awful. Definitely will not return to this tea place .

Item : Junbo Fruit Tea The tea was brewed well and tasted rich. The drink has real fruit and pulp and doesn't have an artificial overpowering taste(YAYYY). The drink also has these tea jellies which were so good with the tea. For $9.5, this is pretty good price for all the fruits you get. The staff were nice and kept the place well cleaned. The store atmosphere is quiet, perfect for studies or just a chat with friends. For sure coming back next time I'm in the area!

ICI has free parking in the plaza, a nice open cute space with seating (not too crowded even if the space is small), and friendly staff. You can order at the register or via a large ipad stand. With my limited Chinese it was a it difficult to order (the iPad is in Chinese) but I ended up matching the options to the English/Chinese menu on the screen behind the register. Drinks are a bit pricey but they use real fruit!
