This KFC, has deals that the others do not, my store is Glendale, but the drive to San Gabriel is worth it. They give great paper plates too, they are friendly. This is my second return, and not my last.

Placed an order thru the app. Showed it was ready for pickup. Go inside and nothing is on the pickup rack. No workers are in the front. Wait about 10 minutes before I can ask a worker to check on my order. The young girl had a really horrible attitude and told me they were making it. I said ok. Meanwhile people are ordering their food and getting it before my order. Also orders are being put into the pickup. I'm still waiting now 20 minutes and ask the girl again about my order. In the most unpleasant and rude way she says she's making it. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. What I received was 2 chicken tenders put together on the bun. Unbelievable!The young girl really needs to get a different job if she's that unpleasant working. This location is terrible.

It makes me wait for 40 mins to get my combo meal done and I don’t even know what take them so long because the chicken was always there. Seems like you have to stand next to the checkout counter or they never start your meal. Bad experience.

Came here right as it opens in the morning. And ordered the famous bowl and the new hot&spicy wings combo which was really delicious and fresh. But the main reason why I'm posting this post is, the employee's behavior towards us who are the customers and her name is Diana. When we asked her for some hot sauce she didn't even bother put them in the bag rather just threw them on the counter and made us put in the bag ourselves. And we saw her doing the same thing to other customers as well. And she also had a long face and didn't even made eye contact to us which made us who are the customers feel uncomfortable.Please look into this issue otherwise this could effect your business.
This is the worst KFC in the city. I dont know why this place is even still in business! Tired of them messing up my order! I only come here because its the closest. Never again...they should be Ashamed of themselves.

Kentucky Soggy Chicken is all I have to say. This was a Uber eats delivery so I'm pretty sure they just sent out chicken that had been sitting there for hours. Never again.

Victor the drive thru guy is rude. He did not repeat my order. I ordered 8 pieces but they only gave me 6 piece chicken. They also put tiny baby chickens in the mix. That is unfair and a waste of money for poor service. It’s not worth it
