This shopping center features a Boiling Point Hot Pot restaurant, Shanghai No 1 (excellent Shanghai cuisine) and Motto Tea Cafe (seriously great milk teas and cakes here). The parking lot is nearly always full, though there is a bit of additional space in the back and underground.

Nice big shopping and dining mall of Asian stores and restaurants. Lots of parking. Lots of Tesla charging stations. Easy in and out, close to I-10 freeway.

There are multiple small stores and a lot of Asian restaurants in this plaza. Boiling Point and the popular TK92 Korean Barbecue are located here. It’s better to park below street level in this plaza.
