Delicious cake and drink, the thing I comment is long waiting toIme and high price

The dessert is soft, bouncy, not too sweet, delicious, but the smoothie tastes normal.

First time to try Japanese style soufflé. It’s a bit pricey but worth the price! We ordered classic soufflé, it comes with 3 pancakes stacked together. So a big serving size.Soufflé is soft and sweet. There’re many people in the shop, a good place to hang out with friends.

The line can get long, but the drinks and cakes are worth the wait. I always request less sweet on the drink. Today's rose lychee mille crepe cake and taro cheesecake was

The taro soufflé pancakes are out of this world. It’s like eating a piece of a cloud. They are so fluffy and light it’s amazing. The soufflé pancakes are made to order so it will take a while if it’s busy.Kid-friendliness: The kids can watch their pancakes being made to order.

Motto used to be very good, but they’ve become very stingy with taro puree and pork floss on their soufflé pancakes. The matcha mochi in their drink was so thick that it was almost a workout to drink it, so I’d definitely avoid it. Their cheese foam was excellent though.

A bit of a wait and it gets crowded for the souffle pancakes so plan accordingly and don't expect an easy time finding seats. Bubble tea was good though.

Came for the soufflé jiggly pancakes! They had a very intriguing variety of flavors! The shop is very cute and modern. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We came on a Sunday and parking was compact and full, it took us 10 minutes to find a spot. They open at 12pm, we arrived around 12:30pm and it was packed! We ordered via machine and for indoor seating you pick a table stand number. We got the Crème Brûlée soufflé pancakes and the Netellamisu Mousee soufflé pancakes! Absolutely loved the Crème brûlée! If this is your first time trying soufflé pancakes, I would highly recommend the crème brûlée!!We had difficulty finding seating after we had ordered, so we walked around the shops near by for about 15 minutes came back and we were able to locate a seat and our food was delivered to our table. Was definitely a tasty first time bite!

3.5 stars!I had this place bookmarked for the giggly Japanese Souffle Pancakes and was looking forward to it after traveling 300 miles to LA.First, they do not accept counter orders. You have to order and pay at the kiosks. It wasn't super busy on a Saturday at around 4pm. We got a nice table to sit down to wait for our desserts. We thought 10-15 min wait, right! It took 25 minutes for the souffle pancakes. I didn't mind waiting for worthy food but I wish they would have a sign or warning for the extra wait because I had to be somewhere at a certain time. If I knew, I would come back at another time! Also, they forgot to make my matcha latte and had to wait another 5-10 min on top. No reason. It was on the same order with the Souffle. They just forgot!Even with the stressful and unpleasant experience. The Creme Brulee Souffle deserved to be recognized. It was a solid 5 stars! It was airy, lightly sweeten and the creme/sauce was devine. The powered sugar berries and nuts/granola gave it a nice texture. It was freaking amazing! I wish I didn't have to scarf down two bites and packed the rest to go!The matcha latte was alright. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was consumed and forgotten.
