Dang! Lots of haters giving this place less than 4 stars! I thought this place rocked! The duck wings a little too much for me LOL. Other than that spicy beef noodles are on point!

I wanted to have a more authentic bowl of Guilin rice noodles or Yunnan rice noodles, so I picked the "Guilin Hot and Sour Beef Noodles" from the rice noodle (noodles) category on their menu. It turned out that it was filled with noodles. The waiter ignored me, so I thought I'd just eat it. After a few bites, it was really unpalatable! It's as salty as eating salt. There are about three small slices of beef, and an additional $2 of pickled beans. Why! I rarely have the patience to write a review, so I’m so disappointed!

Yuck. Rude lady. My wife loved most Asian food. She grimmaced at the soup The dumplings were tasteless. My bowl of beef and noodles was metallic tasting, most had to be tossed out. Waste of money.

Hands down one of my favourite rice noodles place in LA! I always order different items on the menu and it never disappoints. There's nothing really super special about it. It's one of those places where it doesn't have fancy interior design / super great service - but their food and price make up for it and it's so worth it. The broth is really rich and flavourful and you can adjust the spiciness to your liking. It'd hard to find a good rice noodle place in LA imo but I'm glad I found this one : )

I'm a noodle guy. This is a noodle place. They range of options here is great and the flavors are all different. No thrills and service is fast. Slurp up and enjoy a huge serving of wow and Qs. I wouldn't get anything else but the noodles here. I had the popcorn chicken and dumplings and they were just ok. You just need to get one bowl and you'll be stuffed. Great lunch spot.
I haven't eaten at this Noodology in a long time. I'll have to call this the Noodle restaurant that aged like fine wine.The noodles were freshly cooked, the ingredients were fantastic, and it was awesome.Both my wife and I had different beef noodles dishes.Mine was more spicy and they were delicious. She really liked her noodles. And coming from a Chinese who knows noodles, that indeed is a great compliment.Y'all need to come and try this restaurant. You won't regret it.

The soup is SALTY...... The numbing peppercorn can't even cover the saltiness. That's how salty it is. Super disappointed. The only reason I give 2 star is because the food comes fast and it is very numbing the way I like it. They gave me a bowl of non flavored chicken soup to dilute the original noodle soup and finally I can eat my food.

Worst experience I've ever had. After we left tips on the table, the waitress chased us out for more tip and said it's not enough, I refused to tip more because the food is not fresh. Then she cursed us out, saying we are so low, not giving tips, and also refuse to pack the left over to go!!! WTH! Business is hard already due to the covid, the owner should get some else to do the customer service!
