Very slow, and forgot item that I am supposed to get.

Fast good fried chicken place that is good for a quick stop. You don't want to eat in the place as it is outdated and is in dire need of a refresh. The staff is nice and the food i had tasted old and dry. Dont get the fish sandwich unless it is freshly made and not a refried recooked stale chewy mess of sauce and bun.

All I’m gonna say rude as customers go here. It was my first time coming here and the customers mostly Asian giving the cashier a hard time because of food taking long. The cashier was really young. Was one 2-29-24 around 6:30pn even tho customers were being rude to her she kept her cool and kept helping everyone else. I wish I had got the cashiers name. But she looked very young.

Went and ordered $110 worth of food for a family gathering and they wouldn’t even give me a single ranch packet unless I paid for it. Ridiculous!

Tried to order a special that was only available online but when I tried to order online it said not available at that store. The girl at the counter said there was nothing she could do but people had ordered it. I don't know if I have been to Popeyes when there has not been a service issue. The food is usually tasty but the wings are from micro chickens. They are about the size of my index finger from the knuckle to the tip. It is almost laughable how small they are. Maybe call them embryo legs. The whole company is pathetic.

Place an order on the app but realize later it was the wrong location. I tried to cancel the order and tried calling the location but NOBODY pick up the phone. I was charge for food I did not received.

We ordered a 12 piece mixed family meal. We got six legs 3 thighs, one breast,and two wings plus sides. We asked what the mixed pack comes with and we got...Uummm....It stands to reason that you should get a whole chicken cut in 8.2 breasts,2 wings,2 legs,2 thighs and 4 more pieces of their choice(at that piont) for $40 bucks. Which is extreme but I get it. But for what we got...HELL NO!! We returned the pack and demanded our money back, which we had to fight the manager to do. UNBELIEVABLE!!This isn't the first time we have these problems with this location. We have it multiple chances. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION!!

I'm not sure what happened to this store but it's no longer good. A couple months ago I ordered a 5 piece- they gave me 4 drumsticks and 1 wing. Today I ordered the wing family pack. I live 10 minutes away when I got home my food was cold and I was missing an order of wings. The person at the counter was nice and apologized but I wish she would have double checked the items (I wish I checked too). Very disappointed! The picture shows how they were sauced Parking is also hard to find because it's in a popular spot. I always takeout but they have plenty of seating.

Paid for a family meal of 12 pieces of mixed chicken. Waited 15 to 20 minutes and got 7 drumsticks, 2 wings, 2 thighs, and 1 breast! Asked the cashier how many breasts were in a mixed order, and she couldn't give me an answer. She tried to get us another breast, but was told it was going to be another 15 minutes. We asked for a refund since 1 breast out of 12 pieces for more than $40.00 is ridiculous!

I'm not surprised that this Popeye's location is rated so low. I hadn't been here since last year but decided to try out their new chicken wings since they had a promotion. I placed an online order for pickup at 2:30pm and arrived around 2:40-2:43, so less than 15 minutes. My order was sitting there and I decided to dine in, but immediately noticed that both the fries and wings I ordered were room temperature. Like, not at all hot, and not even warm. With other food, this wouldn't necessarily be a big deal but who wants to eat room temp chicken and fries?I asked the woman if I could exchange the food and she immediately started getting argumentative and "looked up" when my order was placed and told me that I placed it at 2:20 and didn't pick it up until 2:45 so it was my fault that I waited so long. I showed her on the receipt that it confirms I didn't even place the order until 2:30 and she actually tried to gaslight me into saying I was wrong even though I had proof. She then starts touching the container all over, opening it up, saying that the chicken doesn't feel cold. I didn't say it was cold! I said it was not warm, which is pretty ridiculous. Finally, after requesting a refund, she said that it would take 17 minutes for them to remake my order and that they could throw it in the microwave. I just got a refund because they clearly do not want to be decent about helping.

Hit or miss with this spot. But overall still better than both the KFC locations around here for me .

The cashier is always super nice. I don't mind that the cook gets my orders right only half the time. I just have to double-check when I receive my order. They usually just give me what I order on top of all the food they give me by mistake. One time, I ordered mashed potatos as a side to my chicken tender combo meal but they gave me a huge plateful of fries and shrimp instead. They just gave me a side of mash and let me keep all the fries + shrimp that cost more. Everything is tasty and they're always nice so I never complain. The wait can be a bit long since only one person is making everything but I would say the wait is as long or less than In-N-Out. I think they just misread more complex tickets with more than 1 item because the guy that ordered a sandwich before me got his within 2 minutes of ordering. He finished his meal before I even got mine.Parking can be a bit of a pain at peak times and watch out for people stealing your bag of food right when you get outside or saying you hit them with your car when they purposely walk into your car and kick your tire, lay on your hood when your car isn't even moving as you wait for oncoming traffic to clear to get out of the driveway. They work in teams, where one will hide behind the cars parked on the side and target weaker looking people with nicer cars. I just pointed to my car camera and my phone dialing the police station nearby, told them I was calling the police to make sure everything was handled properly thru my window in their primary language and they ran away before I had to get out of my car. What was my brunch became a good 3 meals for the day.
