I call to make a reservation for April 20 literally was a las minute thing I was planing on making it at home but my daughter wanted pizza so what princess what's she gets I call and ask to speak with the manager. The manager Manny was the one who took my reservation I told him that I know it was a last minute thing but if it was possible to reserved for about 35 to 40 people anytime I take it so he said I have available 3pm with no doubt I said I taken it so the day arrives and Manny welcome me and my family and we had a great time my daughter was so happy and enjoy her special day thanks Manny and his crew for making this party so special and possible

He notice we were celebrating my daughter's bday and he brought a brownie sundae for her thank you again we will definitely come back because he made us few welcome and just by giving that ice cream to my daughter he now has a loyal customer.

Best Shakeys! that we have been it’s 2:15pm and personal came by each table letting everyone know that it was last call for the buffet, the buffet in other establishments when they say it’s done by 2pm, you won’t see anything left. Thank you Shakeys staff you are awesome!
