Quick and fast taco stands. Now they support the credit card payment. Eric is welcoming and serves the neighborhood very well until the midnight. The protein of stewed pork and the al pastor is nice while I hope they could use corn tortillas instead of the flour ones.

This is an amazing little food cart!Reminds me of the amazing speciality food trucks in Portland.Food: Really good! Favorite was the al pastor. Horchata was also super legit!Parking: if after 6pm, park on abbot by the bank.Atmosphere: there are a few places to sit on the concrete planters by the bank.Prices: Super Reasonable! Bottled water was $2.75 though.Overall: good yummy spot!Parking: Park in or by the bank on Abbot if after 6pm

My bf was craving tacos late at night and found taco point on Yelp so we wanted to try it. It's on valley. Only one person working and he came out right away to get my order. Didn't wait long for food and everything was made to order. Got the Al pastor taco which was on the thicker cut but very juicy with good balance of flavor. Didn't need any extra garnishes or toppings. The signature chimichurri sliders did not disappoint. Meat was moist and that grilled cheese was a pleasant surprise. Sauce was a good balanced. Everything washed down with a great horchata drink. Highly recommend!

We got two chicken tacos mulita style and pineapple sauce al pastor rellenita. FIRE! I believe the tacos might have been the best food dish I ever ate in my entire life. Sadly I don’t live in LA so I’m going to crave and miss taco point!

First time here and ordered the Chimichurri Beef Sliders, Pineapple Sauce Al Pastor Rellenitas, and an assortment of tacos - each bite was a discovery of flavors. Chef Erick, a one-man team, prepared our order with such care. A tip for fellow foodies: Call ahead, as everything is whipped up fresh, resulting in a brief wait, but trust me, it's worth it. The beef tacos were chunky and satisfying - a solid 5/5. The pulled pork carnitas taco, tender and well-textured, could do with a splash more sauce (4.5/5). The Al Pastor Rellenitas stole the show with its crispy, cheesy goodness, though a tad more pineapple sauce would make it perfect (5/5). As for the Chimichurri Beef Slider, the fried cheese with crispy edges on buttery buns was a flavor bomb (4/5). Kudos to Taco Point for the generous meat portions and to Chef Erick for his warm service. Definitely coming back for more! P.S. It's a little taco truck in the middle of a busy street so it might be hard to locate and find parking.

I am a fan of the this places entrepreneurial spirit. The guy, Erick is super nice and his food is very good. I came on a Monday and it was slower but then you can get to know the guy if that's your thing. Got beef and pork mulitas and a chimichurri beef slider. Great prices too. Support small business.

I tried the two recommended and most popular items. I liked the pineapple rellenita which had a gooey soft cheese on the inside, filled with flavor and sauce and was sweet. Most of my friends really likes the chimichurri beef sliders because of the sauce and the crispy cheese. Horchata was also pretty good. The truck is parked on valley blvd but is at the corner of abbot ave where there's plenty of street parking. As other reviews have said, Google maps did take us to the wrong location. We ended up at a random residential home on the side street west of Abbot ave.

Ordered the chimichurri beef slider and it honestly was really good! It had great flavor and I loved the crispness of the cheese. Erik did a great job with this! Would highly recommend trying this if it is your first time here.

My wife and I were intrigued by the great Yelp reviews and The Taco Point came through! We ordered the Chimichurri Slider, Al Pastor Rellenita, Chicken Rellenita, and pulled pork taco. Usually, we would enjoy 2-3/4 of the dishes when we eat out. But all of the food dishes at The Taco Point were delicious! They use quality ingredients and Erick does a great job mixing the salsas with the right dish! This is also a taco joint where you won't feel gross or super full afterward! Add in the fact that the prices are VERY reasonable and Erick is a very professional and honest businessman. He actually was looking out for us and told us that we might have ordered too much food so we took out a taco from our order. We will definitely be back and would consider Taco Point for some catering business in the future! Go try this place out!

FINALLY made the trip to check out Erick's place at Taco Point! This is definitely a different take on tacos! Except we didn't get tacos. Since they moved to a different location, parking isn't as easy but you can find parking on intersecting streets of Valley. We got two sliders, Chimichurri Beef and Pulled Pork as well as the rellenitas, al pastor and chicken. EVERYTHING WAS so affordable and tasted so good. I love love love the chimichurri sauce on the beef slider and the the pineapple sauce on the al pastor rellenita was amazing! This was my first time eating a rellenita and I love all the cheese! It was like an enhanced quesadilla. The horchata didn't hit the right notes for me. But I would definitely recommend you to check out Taco Point!

Looked for something affordable and still open at 11pm...found Taco Point on Yelp! I remembered reading about the owner's story through someone's post on the SGVeats FB page. Note: they're not parked at the exact same location that Google maps will direct you to, but the lights of the food truck will draw you in. Super cool older blue Ford truck is attached to the kitchen trailer. I ordered their beef slider and a carnitas taco. Wow, the homemade tortilla is such a delight m! I've never had anything like it. I love how the cheese is fried up before layering into the slider...gives it a really nice texture! It's like the yummy burnt top of a cheesy lasagna. I wasn't too hungry so the slider and taco was just the right portion, but if you come hungry, you should probably order double of what I had. I think their street tacos are truly the best you can get on the streets! I'm usually not picky about my tacos because I just get tacos from places with Taco Tuesday discounts... but this place is totally worth skipping taco deals. I really hope their business grows! There's a QR code for mobile payment, but I preferred to pay in cash so there are no fees for the owners for a small business like this. Amazing food! Love their prices for the unique flavor they offer in their offerings! Best of luck to the friendly owner.

I came here to get a pulled pork slider and a cup of horchata. The slider was a bit pricey for the size. I would have gotten two because one is not enough for one meal. But it was delicious and flavorful. Service was excellent. Their little taco truck is not hard to miss. There is plenty of underground parking in the plaza that the truck is in front of.
