Clean takeout only in a small shopping strip. The banh xeo was really good, the sauce, nước Chấm, was actually. There prices were reasonable. Eating there is challenging because they only give you a box so spreading it out to roll it with the lettuce then dip was messy. Great Vietnamese to-go place in Sunny Plaza. I never had the bahn cuon before so not sure what to expect but it turned out very good. Everything in the box is fresh and tastes good. The pandan coffee is also great. Not too strong coffee but strong pandan flavor (which is great!). The rice and noodle are like Asian fusion. At lunch time the wait could take long. Servers are so nice!
