Visited Canyon steakhouse last night and it was absolutely amazing. We had the porterhouse steak and it was seasoned to perfection and cook just the way we asked for it. The salad was crispy, cold, and tasted amazing. We also had the grilled broccolini, and it was every bit as good as the rest of the food. Love this place, they had a pianist playing while eating which made the ambiance perfect. We started with the Scallops and they were delicious with the corn and bacon they put with it. I had the New York Strip and a Baked Potato, the strip was delicious and cooked perfectly. The baked potato was pretty good and it is HUGE definitely shareable. Canyon steak house is a Gem hidden in depth of Soboba casino! The Tomahawk steak was a hit and the Old Fashioned Smoke compliment perfectly! The Service was superb especially the help of Patrice, the genuine greetings of nicole and Eric as well. We will definitely come back..! The ambiance is awesome
