“Got dinner for four people there and you know same old good El Pollo loco but they messed up our order we bought, meals and they didn't give us any of the drinks when I got one drink out of four orders so you know he got to check everything before you pull away“

“First time I have eaten here. I'm not sure if it's Patty's or Juan Pollo (receipt says Juan but Google says Pattys) but I do know this....GREAT FOOD!!!! SERIOUSLY THE BEST ROTISSERIE CHICKEN EVER!! The chicken is flavorful and moist (white meat), I love the beans and rice. I wish they had cole slaw but I'm sure my roommate will love the potato salad. I had a very bad experience at "the other" chicken place a couple of days ago. I will definitely return to this Juan Patty Pollo!! ThanksKid-friendliness: The owners (?) son was in the store tonight. He was so sweet and well behaved. They have the old style gumball/candy machines there. The toddler likes putting coins in for a treat.Parking: Plenty of parking available including handicap.“

“This is my new favorite chicken place! I have never had a meal that wasn’t hot, soft bread, fresh fries, and plenty of Dave’s sauce. I finally talked my vegetarian wife into trying the new “not chicken” cauliflower meat substitute slider. She reports it as being completely inedible. She tried to tough through it and finish the sandwich, but it was impossible for her. She ended up tossing 70% of it in the trash. Her having a pretty strong stance on not wasting food, this is the first time I have ever seen her dispose of an almost entire meal. Her comments: “why would they choose cauliflower when there are a number of vegetarian chicken alternatives available? Fake chicken at Walmart would be fine. The cauliflower was a combination of crunchy and mushy, and it was cold in the center to boot.” I looked closely at the inside of her slider after she bit into it and it turned my stomach a little. It had the appearance of raw fish. I’ll still gladly eat there, but I will be flying solo from now on.“

“The food at this location is always fresh and so good! The staff is always friendly and super helpful, especially the manager Mayra, she always makes sure we are satisfied with the food and service. This is one of the only locations I see that is always clean.“

“For a gas station that serves chicken. Unbelievably delicious. Been here twice now when driving through the area. Ran into it on accident when I stopped to get gas. I noticed a bunch of people in line getting some of the chicken so I had to try it and now I'm a fan. The glazed biscuit the jambalaya rice and the chicken is absolutely good bravo.“

“Not gonna lie...the Birria here is off the chain and slaps like ?. Truthfully, and why I took this pic, the amount of carne given in ratio to the jugo is kind of a money burning trick. Family of 4 that we are, we barely got any birria between us and I needed to see why. After taking all the meat out, weighing each serving (barely 2-3oz of carne split evenly) this is why I realized the issue. 3/4 of the container was nothing but caldo AND THIS IS THE 32oz CUP!.... Some people may like it or prefer it with that much juice but for the amount of money it costs....that was kind of a dirty trick and hopefully a one-time error. Money is tight for everyone and you hope that when you decide to splurge and reward yourselves with a rare occasion for take-out, you want to pick a place that will feed your little family with enough...if not to fill their tummies...but to satisfy. This day and order was disappointing and hurtful because I had to still give my kids cereal afterwards and the birria was supposed to be dinner. Again...the food and flavor was beautiful. No complaints. The amount given from purchase was cruel and leaves a bad taste in your mouth for a place you normally love. Maybe asking for less caldo might be the best way to see what you're getting if you decide to try it and that's the only negative thing about it.
