My wife and I stumbled upon Emilio's in San Jacinto, and wow, what a find! The place pulsated with Mexican charm, from the sizzling fajita aromas to the colorful decor. My mother-in-law lives closest place so we end up going there quite a bit it's kind of Hit and Miss whether or not you get good food or not the last time with her was really good but service was slow.

Very, very good after 3 or 4 visits here. I highly recommend the shredded beef tacos and chili relleno. The chips and salsa are very addictive, the guacamole is excellent too. Even the rice and beans are fresh and tasty. My only complaint was the water tasted like bad tap water that even lemon couldn't rescue, but the next time I ordered a michelada which was good..
