Worst company to work with. Very unprofessional and unorganized company. DO NOT OPEN your business with them. They forced my friend to open the kitchen and start operation before passing health inspection. This is beyond ridiculous.

This place was horrific customer service it's not existent you order and when you go in you check in they put your order in the locker which is totally ridiculous I would definitely not stop by here it's a waste of your time

Ruff Food Pick-Up is kind of off to themself with a decent amount of parking in this small plaza. Ordering is through a kiosk against the wall, then you may wait inside or outside for your order. There are tablets in the center that you can check on your order status as well. This food hall is spacious compared to other similar places, they have some seating inside as well. There are bathrooms, but the one for customers is pretty dirty and has a broken lock. There was someone sitting at the window to help you out with any questions or concerns as well.

Coolest concept ever for those anti social peeps like myself! This is the new trend that I hope will catch on in SoCal as well. Ingenious. Go to the website. Choose from a variety of food choices. We got Japanese food from iv sushi Togo, caias cookies, and pho Lynn viet food. It sucks you can't just order all at once from different stores. We got a few items at each store and had to do separate transactions. There is one screen to order in person but it's easier to do it on the phone or website. They accept Apple Pay etc.I didn't give them my email or phone number and yet they were able to somehow email me and text me the order and status updates, however take a screenshot of your order number just in case as one store must have turned their computer off so we never got any confirmation. Once you get there there's plenty of parking and it goes fast as people are just picking up. It's pretty crazy. Simple interior. Bathrooms. Two iPads to input your confirmation number or just show the camera the order page, and if the order is ready it tells you what locker number it is and opens it. If it's not ready, it will text you when it's ready with a link that opens the locker. So cool! There is one lady to assist but it's pretty easy. There are even robots that deliver the food to the lockers haha

Ordered lunch from Ganesha Curry today. It was $15.98 and personally the value was ok given the current inflation situation. The food itself was great! The meal was simpler and didn't have the bells and whistles like Go Go curry, but the taste was solid.

I ordered the BYO creamy sesame bowl with citrus marinated Kale, marinated chicken, peppers and onions, roasted broccoli, pickled Fresno chilies, basil, and sesame seeds. Everything had really good flavor, but portion of chicken was on the smaller side and the pickled Fresno chilies weren't so pickled. Overall pretty tasty.

Estimated wait time is 100% incorrect. I waited another 10 mins before going in to inquire. I was told I'm at the top of the list and I'll receive a text when it's ready. It's been 30 mins now and I'm still waiting.

The green chicken Curry was good! Wanted more sauce but it was still tasty. Egg rolls, Takokayi and Edamame were okay. Great concept to pick up food but maybe provide more instruction or signs for new customers, 1 table outside is available.

Outdoor looks nice and have some chairs and tables to sit. Our family came here for the Japanese honey toast. It was not bad, better than we expected. They have the option to buy only the bread and DIY at home. The bread itself is good, so we will do it next time and be creative with our own topping and such. What I dont like is the waiting time. It was quite long for our order, around 35 mins. But overall that was a good experience for the first time. Will come back.

So I saw an ad for Konojoe Burger. I first thought it was a good truck, but to my surprise it was a warehouse housing several different restaurants.Ordering was easy from the electronic kiosk. The wait for the food was acceptable at 20 minutes. The burger was very good along with the poutine fries I ordered. This is basically a take out place, unless you are a party of two and want to sit on stools at a counter. The few tables that are apparently for customers were put away because of the rain. All and all, I would definitely go back and try other food items from the other vendors.

if I could give it 0, I would.I have a Cambodia Scholar visiting me and I was excited to take her to a Cambodian restaurant in San Jose. She selected Angkor Chef based on the menu selections. We drove to Ruff Food Pickup, entered our menu items. I received a text confirming our order, a follow-up text that the order was being prepared and would be ready on 14-18 minutes. I waited in the lobby for 20-25 minutes and then asked the woman behind the counter. She said I needed to wait for a ready text. 10 minutes later she told me that that chef wasn't in and I wouldn't be getting any food. Her reaction "whatever". I paid $80, waited an hour, and nothing.very, very poor customer service,

I visited twice before. The second time I brought my wife and we made two orders from two different vendors from the kiosk screen. One vendor was no longer there but showed up as available and kiosk let me order and pay. The woman at the front desk was able to issue me a credit for the payment but she said there're some issues with whatever software service they're using for ordering and their ability to manage which vendors are still in business or open when you order. You shouldn't have to ask first. Both times my food was good.

I think the idea of this is really good but the delivery needs minor tweaking. Came here to try Egghead and was extremely confused when I got in and realized that this is a pick up spot for multiple businesses. Ordered a few items and waited. My name never popped up on the screen so I asked the lady at the front and she said that as long as I have my receipt my order is being prepared. Scared me for awhile because I waited like 20 minutes & still nothing. There are a few chairs inside but the vibe is more, get your food and get out type of deal . The food arrived like 30 minutes after ordering which was fine as long as it was amazing, which it was. Sat outside at one of the wobbly tables (They are all wobbly) and enjoyed my delicious breakfast. I would absolutely come back for Egghead but that might be all
