The owner is one of the best to deal with especially if you're starting a new business, she's a great supporter for new businesses

I have ordered food from these guys on multiple occasions....why I keep coming back is beyond me...probably because there aren't very many places that deliver food in the Milpitas, CA area. I decided to give these guys one last try. I called to order food and have them deliver it to my place of business. I called around 4:00 PM thinking that it would take probably 30 to 45 minutes for delivery. The guy on the phone was nice and had no problem taking my order....at first. Gave him the address and then placed my order. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, a side of sweet potato fries, and a drink to which response I got "Really!...That's it?". Then the guy asked me when I would expect to get my food? I told him that I would like to have it no later than an hour from now....First off, what type of business asks that sort of question???? The guy proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to get the food I wanted to me by that time and that he would not be able to fulfill the order that I requested. "Really?!?!?!"...I asked...he explained that he was short handed and basically confirmed his previous comment that it was not enough food for order and that he could not fulfill it. Last time I checked, I was the customer. My order total would have come out to around 15 dollars without tip. Roughly what it would cost to probably order a small to medium sized pizza for delivery, depending on where you decide to order it...and this guy has the nerve to basically tell me that he refuses to take my order! One piece of advice...if you want to require an exact total for a food order and delivery (Example: Minimum delivery order must total 15 dollars or more) Then list it on your website!!!!! Never ordering food here again. Off my soap box.

Placed an order at 5:10 PM on GrubHub. According to their listed hours, the restaurant should have been open, and showed on GrubHub that they were delivering. GrubHub called me about 25 minutes later to say that they'd been trying repeatedly to reach the restaurant and no one was answering the phone. I ended up having to cancel my order and order from somewhere else. (GrubHub customer service was awesome, though. They gave me a $25 gift certificate for my trouble!)

The food here may be good, but you can get good food elsewhere. The delivery service is a complete mess. We have ordered lunch for our work a few times, and they are always late - not by 10 minutes; by an hour. I work for a health education/services organization, and we make it a priority to get lunch for our volunteers on time. Just today, Tony Soprano's promised to deliver by 12:30, and as of this writing, I am still waiting for the order to get here. This is NOT an acceptable level of service.

This place sucks. Ever since Laverne left, they can't even take simple orders and deliver them on time or properly prepared. I waited two hours today for a delivery order and I'm less than a mile away from them. He forgot my order twice and then told me to come pick it up instead. I told him to pound sand. don't waste your time on this place. They couldn't care less about their customers or taking care of them. We ordered twice a week for our whole office for this place for almost two years, but I've crossed them off the list.

Eh. This place is a really big hit or miss. don't order the pizza because it's really sogging but the chicken wings are good. Idk if I'll ever order from here.

This place is NASTY! I tried the cheese burger and the fries from here and i did not like it. The taste was nasty and was soggy. I will NEVER go back to this place again!

i went to their website to order online for pick up. At first it said to pick up in 60min, that made me double think about it, but I decided to give it a try. So I ordered one of the 9,99 pastas. Initially was the meatballs. As soon as I placed my ordered I received a call to tell me they didn't have meatballs but I could get the one with meat sauce and sausage. No problem for me, and they said it would take 30 min. :) so I suggest to call and find out the time and don't get turned off by the website estimate. The place is not a restaurant, it's just for pick up, and they also offer delivery. The pasta was delicious and fresh.

Finally got to use this groupon in the summer when BBQ was offered. The effort it takes to get food from this place just isn't worth it. If you want good food, good prices, good service, eating at a table with dishes; go to Sam's on Bascom in San Jose or Texas Roadhouse in Union City instead (and they do the dishes :^) )

I used a Groupon - $10 for $25 worth of grub. The Chicken Cheese-steak is the bomb! I today I ordered Chicken Parm. and it is good. The garlic bread is to die for. They fall down in the area of delivery time. Today I ordered and when they asked if I would be there right away, I said yes. They said they would put my single order before their other orders. It took me 15 mins to get there, but I wanted another 20 mins for the food. The first time I ordered on-line. It took longer to get the food than what I had put in as a pick up time (I did a confirmation call time that the pickup time I requested was doable - told yes.) I would have given them 5 stars if not for the long wait times . . . . . They honored the $10 I spend for a second Groupon - it expired before I used it. One thing to remember/know - this is a catering business; it is not a restaurant. Will I order from them again without a Groupon deal? Yes.

Never go there.. not a restaurant with integrity. They offered a deal through GroupOn. We are trying to reach them for last couple of days, every day they have a new reason for not taking up orders using GroupOn. Sometimes they are too busy to take new orders and other times they will tell you to come at odd hours like 3 pm, etc. Also tried their pizza earlier, it was not so great. I will not be going to them again. Probably they are popular as they are in mid of office space and will be getting many lunch time orders. After writing my review (2nd attempt to use my GroupOn): I placed a online order 3 hours before delivery time and guess what? When I call them they check if I had written above review and said they can't deliver my pizza. Eric, thanks for your reply. But don't you think any sensible business will try to give better service to improve business reviews in future rather than just rejecting Customer orders after making them wait for 3 hours. Also I can't confirm your comment for redeeming GroupOn i. Saw other reviews too where people have faced issues in using their Groupon. FYI.. I am trying to place order for last 2 weeks and every time I am asked if it is GroupOn order and then I hear some reasons for not taking the order. No wonder after selling so many pizzas' through Groupon (per Tony S manager), they have only 20 reviews. I was expecting atleast 50+ reviews for 100's of Pizza sold via GroupOn. All The Best !!!

Top notch service. They close at 6. They're designed for corporate catering, but they'll make you a pizza. I used the Groupon. I called at 5:15 and said I would be there at 5:50. Well, if you've ever taken 880 at that hour ... . So we got there at 6:10. They were totally cool with it. Now, don't press your luck by being late. I'm sure they don't like it. But the fact that they turned the other cheek meant a $5 tip for a pickup order. Pizza itself was fine. The red veggie is called this because it is a veggie pizza in tomato sauce. The potato skin pizza isn't half bad. If you like potato skins, it's worth a shot.

i was looking for a good pizza parlor for a working lunch and i found one. the pizza was to die for. it is the best new york pizza i have ever had. i loved the crust and the sauce was really good. ordered a x-lg combo and a lg veggie and both were very good. this is a pick up and delivery place only and i ordered on line and asked for a 11:45 delivery time and they were right on time. i will order from them again. if you like good pizza tony saprano's is the place to go.

Oh Tony Soprano, why must you only open primarily for lunch (until 6pm)? On the hunt for good eats after taking a work-mandated Defensive Driving course, three of my fellow co-workers and I embarked on a lunch run after leaving the far end of North San Jose (hint: near the bay, across from the landfills.) A nondescript takeout place located far in the corner of a park of business parks. North San Jose is full of a bunch of them and for all as any urban planner is concerned, business parks were conceived of by an older generation of past urban planners who envisioned transportation solely by car. My coworkers ordered a sausage sandwich, a veggie wrap and I went all out, with a BBQ tri tip with sides of BBQ baked beans and mac and cheese. The tri tip was delicious, with sufficient spice and sweetness. The mac and cheese was delicious and definitely homemade, although it was missing something... like breadcrumbs or seasoning. Portion sizes were small, but filling for a $10 lunch. Other than the lack of indoor seating (after all, this is a take out and delivery place based out of a business park) the long wait time was a bit disappointing. One of my coworkers had to bail as she had to be back at work while the others waited for 45 minutes, as my mac and cheese was made from scratch. A nice touch to the area was a picnic table under a tree, with views of Coyote Creek behind a chain-link fence. Had I known that there was a small putting green next to the picnic table, I would have certainly borrowed some of my friend's golf clubs to improve my short game during the long wait. My coworkers and I sorta wished we brought some beer wine or other beverage to enjoy outside on a lovely summer day. So while the food is decent, it would be an option (only for lunch) if I worked around there, rather than dropping by on my way back into the office. If you do not have an option to take a long lunch, you might need to seek other options.
