2 stars only because service was good. Nobody I was with liked the food, pretty bland and tasted like something you’d throw together at home. For 2 burritos, a quesadilla, and some desert the total was $55. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Pros: Even though the line was long, it went by quickly. The tacos are cheap. The asada was good. The orange salsa was AMAZING. Probably one of the best orange sauces I've had. Cons: I asked for everything on my taco & they forgot onion & cilantro. They were also smaller than expected and skimped on the meat. Would I come back? Probably for a late night taco run since they're open late, but it would not be my first choice otherwise.

Fire breakfast burrito. Served hot and with a tasty cup of horchata for a reasonable price.

Had it pretty late when they were near closing. Will have to try again.

I love this spot! Always reliable and open late, and Monday -Wednesday they have deals. They have parking on site. And they are usually quick! I do miss the old crew tho!

we waited in line for about 20 minutes and i understand (as a serve) that we came within 20 mins of closing but i was like it's okay ww all drunk. the workers were very rude and non responsive to me and my friend. the packed up for 20 mins before they even acknowledged us. i totally understand as a serve that we cut it close but it was honestly so rude and weird tbh, and she gave us the wrong order idk if that was a mistake or not but yeah as )(edit: they told me basically it's not their fault & they cannot control their workers "moods", totally okay if someone's feeling mean but just call off!! we don't need to worry about that __ , especially as people who deal with that daily! shame on y'all! )

One of my favorite late night spots to grab tacos in Downtown San Jose! It's only a few blocks from SJSU if you're a college student and has plenty of seating for a large group of people ready to indulge in their fantastic pupusas, tacos, burritos, and more!

This spot came in clutch late at night after some ventures at the bars. Food access is really important after rounds of drinks and this place came through. Had to order the crazy burrito to see what it was all about and found myself full but content. It's not something that blew me away, but it was something that did what it had to do. The lot where this is located was a little rough to find parking, but what was nice was that there were tables and a tent for people to dine in at (plus that part of the area was spacious). Staff handled work well, especially on a busy weekend where plenty of people were in search of late night munchies.

I’m an SJSU student and I come here practically every week with my roommates for the $1 tacos and $3 pupusas! Good, cheap choice for dinner for Monday and Tuesday nights. Their horchata de fresa is also very delicious!

I have heard so amazing things about this place and I am so happy I finally manage to get a gordita! The salsa Verde is a blessing! Also, great tamales

Very sad food.. was planning to go to spartan fodo truck but die to a long queue there, ended up here and the food was really sad, example: ordered burrito bowl, it had just usual rice beans and lettuce no hot sauce no other veggies no avocado or any additional toppings.I do not recomment this place

Great low key burrito spot near SJSU if you don't want to wait for Spartan tacos! The first time we came here, we got the super burrito with Cabeza which was very juicy, slightly greasy, but hit the spot for late night munchie cravings. "It's the best burrito I've ever had!!" as quoted by my bf. He loved it so much that we came back a second time a few weeks later. For our second time, we came Saturday night earlier around 8:30pm. Seemed like the place just opened. There were only a few people ahead of us, but they do take about 20 minutes to make the order since there's not many cooks in the truck vs the volume of orders. This time we ordered the super burrito with carne asada. It was still good, but my bf definitely liked the Cabeza better, probably because it was more greasy lol. However, the carne asada burrito felt a lot cleaner and still tasted great without all the Cabeza grease dripping all over the place! We will probably continue being regulars at this truck and Spartans as we like the burritos here, but still have yet to compare their tacos.
