Came in for dinner with my dogs as we usually do. They were more concerned about watching us like a hawk rather than getting my order right. Order even came out WRONG!!!! But our waitress and the manager spent the entire time literally watching my date and I eat the whole time to make sure we weren't feeding our dogs SMH. Waitress needs training in taking orders with a pen instead of trying to memorize, also needs to learn how to smile & act friendly. Very rude and impolite. We usually tip 25%. This is the first time we tipped. ZERO, ever. Which speaks volumes of how poor & unprofessional their service was. Manager is a 70yr old busybody with clearly too much free time on his hands. Instead of making sure customers orders are correct, he spends time walking around like a prison guard making sure you are not doing anything out of line. Just ridiculous & PETTY BEHAVIOR. When I explained to him my order was incorrect, and they didn't bother to fix it, so I decided to feed it to my dogs, Instead of being helpful and acting like a manager, he acted like a child & gave a condescending look, then cowardly ran off to the back.. There's a reason he works at Applebee's at 70 years old. This is why. Pretty sure his family feels the same about him. Nobody seems to like this old man. Makes sense why the rest of his staff look unhappy and miserable working on his shift. Literally have never seen an entire restaurant staff look like coming to work is a death sentence. As a manager myself, it's reflective on your terrible attitude towards employees. I don't blame him, I blame the person who hired him then promoted him to manager. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Poor customer service skills all the way around. Avoid this dump & the gray haired old male with the crabby attitude like the plague.

We order a side of wings that never came the server apologized and my wife Salad was a little but dry so she asked for extra dressing. Bit the rest of our food was on point.Kid-friendliness: They didn't had crayons to color for my daughter but the waitress let us borrow her pen.

Went with a friend on a Friday evening and we had a great time. Food was good and the service was honestly great! Absolutely loved it, l believe our server was Lexi (the lady with the pink choker on Friday March 22). She was so sweet and made the experience quite enjoyable.

Ehhhh…. The service was spotty at best. The guy at the bar was attentive and working hard. His female partner was unaware when people needed refills or even ready to order. She spent most of her time unloading the dishes and talking with a friend.The soup was good but the burger had no flavor.Maybe the service is better on the floor. The male bartender was fine but he was doing everything.

This Applebees is great for those late night hungers. The ribs are absolutely amazing with their sweet barbecue sauce. I’ve never had any problems with their food, service, or wait time. longest I’ve waited was probably 5 minutes. Will definitely go again.
